Well when I showed up there was a lot of people waiting to get their order, I was waiting to place an order. Once I got to the... front I was told to wait so they can hand out all the other pizzas, after that had a restructure getting dough and pizza boxesset up and then they took my order. I placed my order and that was fine and they were very good at updating me where the pizzawas at in the process but waiting close to 30 minutes just to place an order and then another 30 minutes to receive my pizza. Ordered their new epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, thinking the pizza would be covered in pepperoni on top of the crust being... stuffed with cheese and pepperoni, but no, the pizza came as a cheese pizza, with pepperoni ONLY in the crust. Themarketing/pictures of the new "Epic Pepperoni" pizza even has it covered in Pepperoni. I thought maybe they got it wrong, so Icalled, explained my situation, the kind person over the phone asked the manager on duty if they could remake a new one the wayit should be, as its marketed (even the description does not say that you have to "ADD" more pepperoni to make it "doublepepperoni") and the on duty manager said no, that I would have to make a new order and pay again since my pizza was made"correctly". I am in the service industry, and I have to say, this was not the best experience. I will never order from thislocation, or PJ again. Fix your marketing PJ, and dont advertise something, when it doesnt come that way, or spell it out inBLACK AND WHITE for people to understand what to do, and how to get it to match what the picture looks like. Pizza favors are consistently good, however, while costs have gone up, service has gone down and sauce portions have been... reduced. My last order took nearly an hour before it was ready for carry out and that was only because I was persistent andasking to cancel and get a refund. Knowing they were fully staffed and very busy with other orders, I'm not complaining, onlygiving other potential customers fair warning on what they too may experience. Read more
I come to this location all the time and it?s usually awesome. I place an online order for 2 large pizza for carry out. When I... went in to pay with my $50 cash, I was told she can?t accept the $50 which I find it funny because my change would be $20something back only. Let me start by saying the food is amazing! They never fail on that aspect. They must get bonus for trying to up charge on... everything. They are pushy on the phone. Telling you they don?t have specials that are available on the app or internet but thenwhen you say you will order it on there they magically find it. They just push for upgrades. Extremely difficult to talk with!This has happened multiple times in the last couple months!! I will continue to order from this store but will use the app. Irecommend others do so! Read more
Not sure who made our order, Friday June 3 at around 9:30pm, but the employee took pride in preparation and cooking. The pizza... looked and tasted perfect. Great job in-house staff, and thanks to the friendly delivery man as well. I have Covid so I had totalk to him from distant. I have not had a perfect experience at a pizza place for a long time. Papa Johns is one of my favorite restaurants and this location rocks. My order is always ready ahead of time and they never... forget the extra sauce cups. I can tell that the crust is made from fresh dough, creating the perfect base for the perfectpizza. The sauce is flavorful and just sweet enough to stand out amongst other sauces. The cheese, however, is really what makesa Papa pizza. Some cheeses are too stringy or too chewy or too greasy, but Papa?s cheese walks the line beautifully for asatisfying crescendo of flavor with each bite. Also, there is never a lot of grease at the bottom of my pizza box, which makesme feel good about my dinner. Read more
Ordered 2 of the new bowls they have and its definitely not worth 10 bucks unless you want a black square bowl with 1/2 a inch... of toppings and juice in it. The breadsticks were better thats why I ordered them if I didn't like the bowl!!!! Read more
