Today I was having a really rough morning and very emotional through the drive though. Being hard for me to stop my emotions... the barista at the drive through window could see that and offered to pay for my drink. I?m not sure her name but it was veryunexpected and one of the nicest things a stranger has ever done for me. I have had nothing but the best service here, thedrive through is quick and the inside is nice and clean. Every person I?ve encountered there has always gone above and beyondto make sure I knew my order was important. Today was no exception and was more than above and beyond. The people make up for inconsistent drive thru wait times! All the staff are awesome and friendly. I?ve never had a bad drink... and am there literally every day. My only complaint which does not lie with Starbucks at all?is how absolutely ridiculous theparking lot is set up for that whole area. If you know you know.. Fire whoever designed it, PLEASE. So I really want to love this Starbucks. It has a ton of seating, is in a great location, oh and once the areas developed there... will be lots of options for stores. But this Starbucks has had trouble since the get-go. The service is ridiculously slow. Thefirst time I went in I waited 20 minutes for an iced black tea. I understand they get really busy. But there was hardly anyonehere. They seem to run out of products quickly and also today the cash register is down so you can?t just go in and order youhave to pay through the to go or go through the drive-through. Today they are much busier and my order time was picked up butthe staff behind the counter are really struggling. I once again ordered an iced black tea but you can tell they didn?t rinsethe container very well and I can taste the fruit from the previous drink that was mixed in there. There also seems to be asuper large staff meeting there where they are loudly discussing all the toxic environments of the previous Starbucks they haveworked in. Once again I understand there are some really awful places to work but I?m not entirely sure all the customers wantto hear about it. I know this most had headphones on today so that probably took care of that problem and we ended up movingoutside. Hopefully these are all just really new Starbucks hiccups and things will get screwed out as the store is openlonger. Read more
Service was a little slow but orders were accurate. However, beware if you ask for no ice, they do not fill in the excess space.... I ordered a Venti Pink Drink with no ice and this is what they gave me. Most locations will fill in the extra space... Read more
I am not one to complain. And I?m going to trust the barista was having a rough day. I did a mobile order. I ordered an iced... espresso, with 3 pumps of white mocha. I went to pick up my order and it was hot, not over ice, and there was only one pump ofwhite chocolate. I then proceed to go in and graciously ask if they could remake it. They gave me a dirty looked and said?whatever.? All this to say, I am going to trust they had a rough day. However, it really is not that hard to be kind.
