I waited to write a review until we've been here a few times. I would say the food is as expected, middle of the road, and... fairly consistent. The steaks have been cooked as requested but lacked flavor, the ribs were hard and not enjoyable to try andget meat from (not fall off the bone as advertised), and the wait process (website, wait list, stand when there, mystery to whenits your turn) makes putting this high on the list an unpredictable experience when other options are available. For thepositives, the rolls and butter are delicious, margaritas are well made, chicken fried steak was good, and the staff is verykind and courteous, even if they are overwhelmed sometimes. Came here for the first time since we had heard that Apple Valley had gotten one of these. The wait time for dinner was as... expected: hour and a half. We got in exactly hour and a half after so plan accordingly as this place does get packed. The foodwas great! I wasn?t expecting fancy food just good ol steak and sides and that?s what they deliver. The rolls are probably thebest rolls I?ve ever had and the steak was really good and well priced. I will DEFINITELY be coming back again especially forthose rolls! Read more
Heard the Prime Rib was good here. Two of us had the Prime Rib Medium Rare, with a baked Patato & a Dinner Salad - very good... ???? ???? ???? I had the Large Broiled Shrimp with rice,macaroni & cheese & a Dinner Salad. I also had the Key Lime Margaritaon ice - very good as well?. Read more
Been there twice already. First time on a Friday with my husband. We went in 10 minutes later. I liked the food, my steak was... pretty flavorful! Love the free peanuts and the warm rolls! ???????????? We were also there last Saturday (brought kids thistime) and there was a 1 hour amd 10 minutes wait! Anyway, I ordered the Porterhouse T-Bone but it lacked flavor (the Sirloinfrom my prior visit was better).The ribs my daughter got can be better. Everything else was good! Warm bread with cinnamon butter were serve once we seat down. Our server was friendly. We didn?t wait long to get our drinks,... Prime rib was good with flavorful seasoning, fresh broccoli was good and crunchy. All our prime ribs, bone- in ribeye werecooked perfectly! The steak and steak bites fir the kids are flavorful! Me and my family had a great time. We put our name inthe waiting list , so we didn?t have to wait too long. Highly recommended. Read more
Standard fare. We were served by Taylor and it was great. Steaks were great, bread and cinnamon butter was epic, mashed potatoes... were ok. The fries were a bit stale. The smothered mushrooms and onions were meh. The shrimp appetizers were less so. The placehas just been open for two weeks and it was packed. Given the rush, I think they did a great job. The decor was tasteful. Thetwo-person booths were a tad bit small. We also got a free mini-dance show so that was interesting! Read more
Everything was good except for the steak. I ordered no pink and the 1st time around after I cut it in half 75% of the inside was... pink. So my waiter took it in the back and brought it back and most of it was cooked but there was still some noticeable pinkleft so I just figured thats one item i will not buy anymore from there...besides that it was a great time!!!
