Food was amazing. Got the new BBQ burger and loved it. The only downsides here is that this particular store closes early and... seemingly random. Online times aren't adjusted to reflect store hours so it's a guess when they're open, as of lately that is.Service was slow but I understand completely that some stores have low staff so I don't mind waiting but something I noticed incase you are in a rush, it will take a bit longer. Overall I am happy and will gladly come back. Just would appreciate clarityon store times. Thank you! Read more

If I could rate 0 stars, I absolutely would. I always try to give this location another chance. Tonight my husband decided him... and our son were getting white castle, google maps and website say open until 10pm yet when he arrived at 815, closed. Anothertime, we were rudely told they were told to close early. We constantly have unnecessarily long waits for our food, rude workers,incorrect orders(you know, when someone requests something without something, it could very well be due to an allergy and couldpotentially make someone very sick). It's pretty sad this is a constant at this location now, do better! Read more
on 10/2/2022 at 11:01pm I made a drive thru order. I made it all the way home just for my order to me incorrect even after I... stated how I wanted my sliders due to allergies. I called the store at 12:02am and a young lady answered the phone soon as I wasabout to say my I just left the drive thru she immediately hung up in my face. I couldn’t even get my words out. Now this hasbeen a problem for quit some time. The young lady is always rude and I don’t understand why she hasn’t been corrected . Thisis so unfair on how people get treated sometimes at whitecastle. I could of understood if I came off rude but she hung up on meso fast I couldn’t be rude if I wanted to. I then call back and now no answer. I hope they get it together because it’s notalways the customers fault. Read more
Annoying & rude workers, all they did was talk to their coworkers you could hear on the microphone. We could even make out some... cuss words, very unprofessional. The line took 15 minutes to move each car and there was only 3 cars in the line. When our orderwas placed, the worker keep repeating the wrong order back 3 times. Once we got to the window, the typical millennial workers oftoday. The worker at the window was coughing all over the place & rude, and didn't seem to care about their job. The food wascold & gross. Our company will never return to this location , if any White Castle in the future. Hey Management, learn tomanage your workers most workers need a mother hen watching over them in the fast food business. Read more

Now I remember why we don't eat at white crapstle!! I ordered 2 breakfast toast sandwiches and it took 15mins to get them! Then... on the bacon one I got 3/4 of a slice of bacon and my wheat toast was burnt! The sausage one was edible!! Never going back!!! Read more
Great fast food. Tastes good and was really quick. Not too expensive either!
