Talk about highway robbery? I go to subway one day and to get a spicy Italian for $6 and it is loaded with with meat. The next... time I get the exact same sub for $8 and less than half as much meat. Read more

What a horrible experience. I received the worst customer service I have ever received at a Subway (Subway #29046-0 Appleton,... MN). I placed on order online for your "new" Italian BMT along with a "fresh melt" meatball marinara Sub. I placed my orderat 3:30 PM to be told by the app that it would be ready at 3:55 PM. When I went into the store to pick up the order it was noteven ready. The employee told me that the only bread they had available was wheat or I could come back in 25 to 30 minutes. (As he was just putting bread in the oven). I told him wheat was fine. He then told me that Subway doesn't do grilled justtoasted. I told him that according to your own menu it was a grilled sandwich. He tells me in the 2 months he worked therehe's never made one so Subway doesn't make them. I then pulled up Subways online menu, showed him the description and said thenyou need to argue with them. After this exchange I told him to forget the order and just refund the order. He then walkedover to the phone and started to call the manger to find out how to do the refund. I told him at least 3 times I wanted themanagers number, to which his response was I need to Shut the hell up and if I couldn't shut the hell up to get out of hisstore. This has to be one of the most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced at a Subway or anywhere else for thatmatter. Read more

I got subway earlier and i asked for extra meatballs on my sub and i got an extra row on what other people got. I also remember... there was a big line and one of the workers game me and my sister free ice cream for being patient 10/10 would recommend. Read more

When we arrived there was a family of 3 ahead of us ordering their food. We patiently waited while the ONLY person working made... their sandwiches and rang up their food. While we waited in line more and more people were showing up. When the line was about 8people deep someone pulled up at the drive thru and the phone rang. Again the ONLY person working was trying to help all threeareas. 5 people walked out by the time we got our sandwiches. When we finally sat down to eat the sandwiches were mediocre atbest, there were so few ingredients and toppings it looked like it was an empty piece of bread. Not to mention while we wereeating there were ants crawling all over the wall and window sill next to the table. I don't blame the employee, I actually feelbad for how embarrassed she was, she did the best she could under the circumstances. Shame on the manger for letting that happenand not controlling the ant problem they obviously have. Read more
