We ordered , took quite awhile. They gave me the wrong food. Wasn't very happy. I ate it cuz it would of take more time then we... wanted. Service very very poor. Had to keep asking for more coffee. Read more
We stopped in for dinner around 7:00pm on Saturday. It took well over an hour to get our appetizer and at that point we decided... we weren't going to wait another hour for our meals so we never placed a meal order. A different staff member was given ourappetizer basket to deliver to our table. She brought it out and asked another table if it was theirs, they said no and sheproceeded to say "I'll just leave it here for now". At that point I spoke up because I wasn't about to have our appetizer thatwe waited an hour for be given to another table because she couldn't ask any other tables if it was theirs. We got the appetizercombo; the quesadilla was soggy and the boneless wings were cold. Twenty minutes prior to us actually receiving the app, ourwaitress mentioned that it would be out soon and she was sorry and they were having issues with other people taking the wrongfood. There seemed to have been a HUGE lack of communication amongst the staff. I understand labor shortages are happening, butthis seemed to be much more than that. There were other tables around us that also waited over an hour for their food. We keepwanting to give this location a shot, hoping things have gotten better each time, but that isn't the case. They were sort of busy. Apparently short handed in the kitchen so the servers were helping them. We sat for almost ten minutes... waiting to put in a drink order while the hostess sat here on her phone. She could have grabbed our sodas. Than we were doneeating , waiting for dessert, servers running around while the hostess sat in the office again on her phone when. She could havecleared our dirty dishes and helped out the servers. It's sad that she even has a job here and is allowed to sit on her phonewhile getting paid. This is what this age group has become. I hated tipping our server knowing she had to tip this lazy personout for literally doing nothing. Great standards Applebee's, and you wonder why your restaurant isn't competing very well withother places. NOT to mention they were out of French fries, cheese Stix and charged us for mashed potatoes with our sandwichwhen if they had fries that would have been fine. Chicken dry, potatoes cold. I had an Oriental Chicken Salad, it was good. I appreciate the waitress bringing side of dressing because she thought the salad... looked dry, that's just great attention to detail. Visited on a Thursday night so no waiting. Someone other than our waitresscame and checked on us as well. Overall it was a pleasant visit, and while I have nothing to rave about I also have zerocomplaints. Read more
Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was great. Hard to find places that have a vegan/allergy friendly meal,... without having to completely change the item. I believe I got that southwest chicken bowl- dairy, egg and soy free, it waswonderful. The manager came over to ask how everything was and they were so nice about us staying and chatting for a few hours.???????????? Read more
The wait to get seated was atrocious due to staffing shortages. My husband, daughter, two friends and I waited nearly 45... minutes. We had a baby with us as well so it was a little frustrating to be crammed on their lobby bench while there were tablesopen. It would have been so much nice, and we would not have minded, to have gotten seated and just waited for a server. When wewere seated, the waitress was really nice and brought our drinks quickly. The food was delicious, especially the Mac and cheesewith tenders. It was our friends birthdays and the waitress brought them each a dessert shooter. I hope they get more staff soonbecause minus that it was a great evening out. Read more
Stopped with 2 friends for dessert and coffee. Hostess was at bar chit chatting for 5 minutes before acknowledging us. Not... professional dressed, t-shirt and sweat pants, and non-chalant attitude. Waitress was the only saving grace to this experience.Very pleasant and attentive. Read more
