We had to try this after reading reviews. Phenomenal! Hands down best Ramen we've had! Fried Rice 91 was the best we've had too.... We ordered Tom Yum Yummy and Spicy Miso Ramen, Happy Belly Buns (snap!) and Hmong Egg rolls (heck yes!). Service was great,ambiance nice and all over presentation great. If anyone has complained, I kind of think they either have no taste buds or theyare competition..you need this in your life. UPDATE: 2ND time and still just as amazing. Spicy Miso is hands down our favorite. The crab Rangoon and Happy buns, sooo great. The Fried Rice 91 is the best we've ever had...still. Read more

Amazing food!! Excellent service! Spice was definitely what we were looking for! Hmong style eggrolls were on point and the Crab... rangoons we have no words BEST we ever had! Steamed pork buns we ordered 4 for appetitizers and 4 to go!!! Ramen was out of theworld delicious thank u guys for the greatest 1st Ramen noodle experience! First time trying their ramen, and I loved it! It was just the right temperature so that you could eat it right away without... having to let it cool first. The broth was amazing and the noodles were tasty. The marinated egg was soft and flavorful. Thepork slices were tender and tasty. Read more
This is a beautifully minimalist and modern ramen restaurant. The food is fantastic and the staff are so polite! Very clean... environment, not a crumb on the floor. Staff was quick to help and answer any questions, and the food arrived a lot faster thanI expected. If you're looking for a quick stop for ramen, this is definitely the place to go. Read more
It's been about a year since I've had the chance to eat real Ramen, so I was excited to try out Bowl Ninety - One on a recent... trip to Appleton. The place was packed when we arrived, and it appeared only two servers were working. Despite that, the serverswere polite and friendly and very capably taking care of everyone. We waited about half an hour to be seated, and it was wellworth the wait! We had Hmong egg rolls and edamame as an appetizer. The egg rolls were fried to perfection with tasty freshcarrots and cabbage, and the edamame was seasoned and steamed well. For our main dishes we ordered spicy miso Ramen, and ThongKatsu (tonkotsu) Ramen. Both were fabulous, with generous portions and a perfect balance of spice and flavor. From out of town, nice little hole in the wall, Hmong egg rolls are good, got the regular Miso Soup Ramen, pretty bland and... tasteless, the individual ingredients were fine but the broth needed some more spices, will get the spicy miso next time. Read more
