I haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings for about a year or so. We decided to go to the one on College Ave. We got seated fairly... quickly. The table we were seated at was quite dirty so I asked for a rag. The waitress blew us off and walked away. We waitedfor about 15 minutes. Until another waitress came by and asked if we were being helped. We stated no the one waitress walkedaway. So this waitress helped us, she got us a rag and drinks and took our orders. The food came out fairly quickly and wasgood. The second waitress was amazing but the first she needs to be talked to about her service. Read more

This place is nothing in comparison to the one on East Calumet st. The college Ave restaurant has Poor service, our order was... wrong, our food was tossed on our table by a totally different person then the server who took our order. The server neverfollowed up with us, never asked if we needed anything or if even if this was what we ordered. They forgot to bring my spouse'sdrink, brought a regular size drink for my child. The food was so sub par that we couldn't even eat our meal we paid for. Thisplace should be closed down or hire people who can actually take an order correctly. If a server expects a tip then do a jobworthy of a tip. Actually do the work worthy of the pay you are receiving for the job. No wonder the entire dining room wasclosed and only the bar area was opened. They should just tell the customers get your own food because our service is the worstand our food sucks. Epic fail... Wings are phenomenal as always. Now that I?m 21 I can finally trying their alcohol menu. I really like Ginger flavored things... and their Tito?s mule was amazing! I?m normally picky about vodka but this was good. Glasses were really clean as well! Read more

Wow. This place started going down before the pandemic hit and now it appears the service has continued the downward trend and... has out done itself. We decided to go here for a family dinner. We were all excited to go. When we arrived we had to wait10-15 minutes to be acknowledged. No hostess was on staff it appeared so one of the servers says ?bar for now?. We didn?t reallywant to sit in the bar because they are high tops and I had just completed a race earlier in the day- jello legs. However, weweren?t asked but rather told. My husband and wanted to leave at this point. Against his wishes I insisted that we were alreadyhere and it?d be fine. After waiting another 20 minutes we were finally acknowledged by our server, Kelly. She was shaking andhad unusual behavior. I have suspicions why, but I will leave that alone. We placed our drink and food order at the same time.Kelly was present and kind. We got our drinks timely with no issue. Once we got our food our order was wrong. I ordered mildsauce, got medium. And they were extra saucy. I typically prefer lighter sauce but I didn?t order it that way. The food was alsocold. My husband ordered the brisket burger, it was missing the actual burger. It was editable considering how hungry we were.Attached is the left over sauce from my wings. At the end my son wanted some ice cream. We thought it was a good idea! At thispoint we were 1 hour and 45 minutes in since we arrived. Before we got our ice cream we got our check. I would have shared ourexperience if anyone had asked us how we were doing, but no one did. I also didn?t see a manager on duty. We only saw 3 servers,1 in the patio/dining area and 2 in the bar. There was also a gentleman on street clothes who was delivering food. Overall I?msad that this restaurant has taken such a sad turn. Placed order and paid online at 5 pm for 20 wings for pick up at 620. Got there at 620. Watched 4 people get pick up and go.... Left after 30 min of waiting. I hope someone enjoyed a free meal. Service has gotten worse each time I've been there last 5times. I hope it turns around. Used to love going there. Read more

Nice enough place, unfortunately our food got forgotten about. Had to ask if it was going to be much longer as people who... arrived after us were eating. Food came out soon after, but was cold, must have been sitting a while. Read more

*UPDate* Although EatStreet addressed our poor experience, the solution received from BWW after filling out their online form... came in the form of 1,000 points for their rewards program. Turns out I would have had to sign up for it, and these pointswould have been good for a couple of wings. So you want me to spend more money ...no thank you. Eat Street Orderdisappointment. Tater tots were over fried and inedible. Also ordered boneless wings and received traditional. ThankfullyEatstreet is addressing this, but will think twice ordering from this location in the future.
