Went for dinner last night and they were very busy and short staffed. Anna sat us immediately and told us a server would be... back. She ended up waiting on us and could not have been friendlier even though it was apparent she was crazy busy. Keep herbecause good employees are hard to find! It's really sad to see this franchise in the state it's in. Used be be the darling in the beer and wings industry and I loved... coming here back in the day for the cheap Tuesday wings and buffalo chips. They don't even try to sell you traditional wingsanymore. Next phase is to actually remove them from the menu and you have to ask for them specially. Food quality has gone downhill dramatically, service at this location is horrible. I swear every time I go here prices have gone up...even beforeinflation hit. They charge you fees on fees to order through their own website and now credit card fees for dine in and takeout...and then they ask for a tip for take out as well...jeeze when does it end Diane? Plenty of other bars and restaurantsthat offer better wings for a better price. This is a restaurant that needs to reflect on how they got so large and get back tobasics...Beer, wings, sports!! That's what it was all about. Also, stop asking people to fill out your form. Good restaurantsknow what they do well and know what they need to improve on. So last night I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and parked in the parking lot. There were vehicles on both sides of me and the only... way to exit the parking lot was to back out over this 4 inch plus deep pot hole. I tried backing out slowly but of course, itgave me a flat tire. I had to change my tire in the parking lot and I went inside to ask for the manager, who wasn?t available.This morning I spoke to her and have never been so humiliated and degraded in my life. Jill Brinkman, the manager, laughed at meand told me it was my fault and said that if it were up to her, she would NEVER reimburse me for MY careless mistake. What if Iwas an old woman who fell down in the pothole and broke my hip? Then would she? Either way, whatever happened to customerservice?!? Such a disrespectful woman and I?m appalled at this entire situation. I?ll never be eating here again! The food andservice is always great too. Front counter employees aren?t helpful or very interactive, the takeout food they no longer give you any sauce on the wings so... might as well buy your own sauce. The place always seems to be in a chaotic mess and orders always get messed up. Edit: gavethem a second try and a worker behind the counter was using bare hands to handle raw food. Very unsanitary. I always loved wings on Tuesdays. Carry out. They were the best around but the ones I got today had no sauce and so dried out... the cardboard carton was bone dry . I tried to eat some and threw the other 15 in the garbage. I don't know what happened but Iwill NEVER get another thing from BW calumet st appleton !!! It was disgusting !!!! Read more
We had a to go order and he was just boxing it when I got there. when we got home it was room temperature at best. It still... tasted good but it would have been a lot better if it was hot. We live like 6 minutes away so I wouldn't think the food wouldlose that much heat being in boxes and a bag. Read more
