This one is going down hill. Employees are rude here. No apologies for their wrong doing. I was there 10/13/2022 @ 6:03pm?: I... was ordering things and I mentioned I had a coupon of buy a whopper, get one free. Normally they would ask for the code but theydidn?t this time around. I assumed it?s because they had issues in the past where people behind would hear the code and use itas well. I didn?t question it and it wasn?t busy. I ordered what they had on their sign outside deal 2 for $10. As I got to thewindow. I pulled my phone out to show the young women my code and she went to get a manager (I assume). The manager opened thewindow and said, ?Next time tell me when you order back at the speaker.? I just said, ?Okay sorry will do.? The manager thensaid, ?Do you have another coupon.? I was confused because we can only use one coupon on the app now, because that is whatsomeone told me when ordering. I said, ?I?m only getting the buy one get one free whopper. What other code?? She startedgetting irritated and sounding mean saying, ?The code for the 2 for $10!? Next time show me the coupon.? I was confused and theyoung lady seemed to be talking to her. I said, ?2 for $10 is on YOUR sign. Not on my app for a deal.? The manager knew she waswrong, because she said ?oh right? (something along those lines) and didn?t even apologize that she was being rude to me becauseshe didn?t know what was on her own menu. I know customer service is hard. I get it, but I didn?t expect to be treated so lowand to have to explain her own deals that she has outside on the menu. Read more
Never again will I go to this location. Order was for a whopper with no onions with no onions emphasized. I was told that my... total came out to $6.85. When I got to the window the total was now $7.48. When I questioned this I was told the numbers areclose together to read. When I got my order, guess what? Tons of onions on the sandwich. The mayo could have been used on 4-5other whoppers. I guess this was payback for me asking about the price. Like I said never again. Read more
I went through the drive through because the lobby was closed to pick up a doordash order. They were out of multiple items and... instead of replacing it with something of equal value, the lady said very rudely and almost yelled that she could only give adrink. Read more
Service was quick and the food was good Update: Service is still great and the food was great. There was about 6 cars in front... of me as I pulled in, but we had our food and were leaving after about 8 to 10 min in line. Read more
Sign says "Lobby Open". I was there at 5:30 pm and it was closed. I'll go back to fast food when they open the inside. They seem... bent on helping climate change wreck the planet. The only way to get their food is to let your car idle for 10+ minutes. Read more
The Burger Kings in Appleton have all been awful. I don't know if they need a new speaker/microphone system in the drive-thru or... what, but they never hear my order correctly. I had ordered mozzarella sticks, and server on the speaker stated they "can't comewith the meal," and that's fine. I said I'd still like some as an extra side then, and fries with my meal. Needless to say, Idid not get my mozzarella sticks. the only reason they get two stars is because the food they DO serve you is as good as you'dexpect. Read more
