Chilis always does very well with what they can. The food was great and the service was very nice and quick. I felt bad that... they were short staffed and there were those that were entitled not wanting to wait or be patient with the understaffing. Restaurant needs to be overhauled. It hasn't changed much over the years. Lately the wait time, especially during peak times,... is an incredibly long wait due to being understaffed. The one time we got lucky and waited only 10 minutes, the bro who servedus seemed to almost try and push us out any time our hands left our plates. I get wanting to turn over tables and make money,but come on. Menu options were not anything to be like OMG we need to try that, or come back again and get this. Read more
Food was good. Cleaning supplies left out near eating area. Nearly all tap beers were out. 4 out of 8 active. Understaffed. Not... sure why I'm being asking to pay for higher food prices and a min 18% tip. If I'm paying additional food cost to cover higherwages, why the massive tip as well? Read more
Not a good experience this time. I have always enjoyed Chili's but not this time. I was told by the manager if I sign up for... rewards I get free chips and salsa...but I was charged $5.49 for that. Then we waited 35 minutes for our food and it wasn't evenbusy yet. My secret sauce burger was raw in the middle and my wife's pasta was stone cold. The waiter never checked back withus until we were completely tired of sitting in our booth and only then came back to ask if everything was OK. Others around usthat came in after us were eating WAY before our food came out. The manager did take $11.46 off the bill....but we were alsocharged for the chips that were dripping in oil. I did tip the waiter....but I think this place needs a lot more help before Icome back. Read more
The bartender/waitress was great. She was attentive, communicative, and constantly moving to meet her customer's needs. My... street corn wasn't done when my meal was. But she offered to get me something else in the meantime. Just knowing was all Ineeded. Read more
I think the smokehouse combo is a good deal, you can pick either two or three choices and I love the corn. The ribs and side are... nice. My friend had the salmon and sandwich, they enjoyed them too. Oh, not too forget, if you're the members of Chili's reward,you will get the chips and salsa. Oh the shop was a little busy. Read more
Food quality overall was pretty low, nothing employee caused but things just look like they come from bags. Mashed potatoes... looked like they were heated up from the day before. The place was also quite dirty and sticky overall. It could use a deepcleaning. Read more
