Huge disappointment!! So unlike Culver's. Ordered 2 piece perch dinner with broccoli and mashed potatoes to have indoors.... Looked wonderful, good taste but barely lukewarm ! Finally requested a reheat, but would remake it instead. Second serving:warmer fish, potatoes were even cooler and broccoli was cooked but refrigerator cold! Worse. Really ?? Pay back? ? Love this place, never gets my stuff wrong. Sadly did experience something that really made me mad when I went today. Some woman... in her car in front of mine was honking at a worker with a disability who was crossing the parking lot to get an order to aparked car. She nearly hit him as she peeled away from the curb. She was also for some reason super annoyed about whatever, Ihope the manager or owner has footage of that because it's not okay that a worker almost got hit because of some impatientcustomer. Food is usually good. We do not normally visit this location due to its poor accessibility/traffic.
Culver's just isn't my jam. Not a fan of the smash-style burger and I'm not one for ice cream/custard, whatever they call it.... All in all, it's fine and the service is consistently great but if I'm making a tiered list of fast food, In and Out outperformsCulver's every time. Read more
My friend and I both had the single butter burger with onion rings and I had the chocolate- strawberry sundae all was great!
Culver's custard products are usually great. We had a Double Strawberry (flavor of the day) waffle cone and a chocolate malt... last night about 8:30 pm Both were very soft, almost slushy. :( Read more
We?ve always liked Culvers but recently they?ve been stingy with their portions. A 4 piece chicken tender is $6.89 and my... daughter got two tenders and two tiny nuggets. For the prices you charge, the portions should be legitimate. Read more
Butter burgers are not nearly as good as they used to be. It was dry. Mushroom Swiss burger had only 2 slices of mushrooms. Very... disappointed in food quality. Waited a long time for food when restaurant was not very busy. Read more
