The service here is pretty good. The food is always accurate and fresh. They do have a pretty good app for ordering ahead.

Update: Ordered here today (9-14-22) definitely better service than 3 years ago, but I'm going to wait on a final verdict. The... service at the Grand Chute location is horrid. Even if you remind the delivery driver to bring your soda & sauces, usingcomments for the driver, they won't care. Then they expect you to shrug it off & accept a discount on your next meal to make upfor ruining this one. It's not okay. If you're really lucky you might get someone on the phone to argue with you & yell at youfor wanting normal service you are PAYING FOR. I've been ordering from this location for the past 19 years & I'm finally done.Too much incompetence, horrible service, & stress. The regional managers are great, but why should you have to take it to thatstep on a regular basis? Pass on this one :/ Read more

I stopped in and ordered the 5 cheese pan. Got home and only got the cheese. Called to tell them and was told " oh thought you... only wanted the cheese." Told him "NO Why you any one only order cheese?" I will never go back there again. When you orderthe five cheese and these idiots think we only want to eat cheese, with no twisty stixs, it is beyond STUPID! Careful what yousay when you order. There are no brains there! I ordered a pizza at 10:30. It says they started it at 10:39. It is 12:10. I called and it says they are working on my pizza if... I have further questions to stay on the line. I did (twice) it rings once then says they ARE CLOSED! I HAVE ALREADY PAID FORMY ORDER AND IT SAYS ONLINE CLOSES AT 1AM. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE I LET THEM STEAL MY MONEY! If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order and on the order tracker an hour later it still showed being prepped. I... called the store to ask and was told ?you ordered about an hour ago, you?ve got another 2-1/2 to 3 hours?. No apology. Verysurprised I asked if he was serious. He replied as if he was shocked I would ask that and said yes I?m serious. I understandshort staffing. I can understand the lack of delivery orders. But if they are going to accept orders through the website thereshould be a notification that the order could be delayed. I signed up for text alerts this would be the perfect way to notifyme. I told them to cancel the order and was told that it was cancelled but there was never an apology. I will not be orderingfrom this location again. I will also not recommend others to order from here. Ordered on line at 5:50, were told our pizza would be delivered in 35 minutes and that the online tracer showed it being prepped... at 5:51. At 6:59 nothing changed and no pizza. When I called the store I was told that it would be another hour and a half. Un acceptable! The Store should be texting or emailing (they have this info) if it will be longer than promised. I was toldthat there is nothing that can be done and it is corporate problem. Will not be ordering again. Read more

The management at this store should be retrained. My brother who lives over 45 minutes away was nice enough to purchase pizza... for gameday only to be harassed while trying to pick up the pizza at the time it was SUPPOSED to be ready. Our order wasn't evenstarted. He paid cash, received no receipt and had to WAIT over 20 minutes BECAUSE they only dropped 8 wings instead of 10. Themanager on duty was extremely rude and I am so embarrassed my brother had to go through this over a $34 order. PLEASE GET THISSTORE IN ORDER. They should be ashamed of themselves representing the Domino's Brand with no consideration for their customers. Read more
