Fazolis is usually just average but my food from this specific one was a 10/10! Good job
Visited the one on Northland Ave tonight. Placed our order, paid for it. Went to get drinks, all were completely down expect... for diet coke or mellow yellow. Asked if this is all they had? Was told yes. I asked why we were not told about this beforeplacing our order. Was told it was corporates doing. And not our problem. I replied so we just paid $2.59 for each drink toonly drink water? Was told to talk to corporate. Read more
I was in for Lunch the other day and it was terrible. The facility looked run down and was extremely dirty. Each table I tried... to sit at was very sticky and unpleasant. My lunch was cold and flavorless. It was a waste of money and my time. I will not bereturning to this location ever again you have lost a customer. The icing on the cake was that I was treated Rudely by theattendant at the counter. I was treated in a manner which reflected to me that my order was not important. This facility needsto be properly managed and deep cleaned and the tables to be replaced. PS nobody wants to sit at your sticky tables. Read more

After being rudely treated in the drive thru, I got home to find a HAIR in my wings! It was very long, and definitely not mine... as I have short hair. Tried to call and nobody answered, either. Not impressed Read more
We came here for a quick meal and got Frannie as a host. She was so polite and very helpful. This corporate store is missing out... on an amazing opportunity to have her as a manager. She seems to actually care about the customers and business. Can't pass uppeople like now days! BTW food was amazing to, Thank you. Read more
Absolutely disgusted with Fazoli?s!!!!! Two weeks ago I was double charged about $35 when my family stopped in for dinner. I?ve... called, stopped in, filled out a contact me form on their website, and I?m straight up being ignored! I keep being told a higherup manager will be calling me to resolve this issue but they clearly are not. Our food was not enjoyable by any means, myhusbands side of celery actually had a long dark hair wrapped up in it! ???? Also when leaving there wasn?t a single clean tablefor people to sit at. Honestly surprised you?re still in business, and beyond disappointed the only thing I can do at this pointis tell everyone how horribly you?ve treated your guest. Will not ever be back if this continues to go uncorrected. Editing tosay I have contacted the manager and was promised a check refund in the mail along with some coupons?. I stopped for a quick dinner for our family and ordered extra breadsticks. Those were forgot and I had to turn around to go back... and get them. At $1 each I?m not just going to ignore it and let it go. The food was good though and the service was friendlyand polite. I will return. Read more
