Fazolis in grand chute totally hosed me. I took pics, kept the re empty and went to the one on Richmond st since nobody there... cared. Got here and Rufus the manager was very sad to hear it. They didn't cause the problem, but they replaced my food andapologized. First class at the one on Richmond st in Appleton, no class at the one in Grand Chute. Read more
I was at the fazoli's on Northland today and was already having a really rough day only to be continued by my card not wanting... to work. Cameo who is in the drive-thru was the biggest help and honestly probably the most amazing drive-thru person I've metshe had managed to turn my already rough day around and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
