Fazolis in grand chute totally hosed me. I took pics, kept the re empty and went to the one on Richmond st since nobody there... cared. Got here and Rufus the manager was very sad to hear it. They didn't cause the problem, but they replaced my food andapologized. First class at the one on Richmond st in Appleton, no class at the one in Grand Chute. Read more
I was at the fazoli's on Northland today and was already having a really rough day only to be continued by my card not wanting... to work. Cameo who is in the drive-thru was the biggest help and honestly probably the most amazing drive-thru person I've metshe had managed to turn my already rough day around and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I will never again visit this Fazolis specifically. I write this review out of concern & hope that something will come of a... horrible situation but I doubt it will. In 2019 my teenage daughter began working at this store. Shortly after she began workinghere, a male shift manager began flirting & being inappropriate towards her. This went on for almost 2 months worrying that shewould lose her job, before she finally spoke to me about it. We went directly to the store manager with copies of messages he'dsent to my daughter. The store manager immediately took action to contact the district manager & forward those messages, whodid then contact my daughter & myself. The district manager after reading the messages informed us that the shift manager, atleast 20 years older than my daughter would be fired & would not be moved to another location to do the same to another younglady. We agreed not to seek legal action against the store in return. The district manager even called us again after this shiftmanager was fired & expressed disgust for what had happened, offered apologies on behalf of the company & again told me thatthis specific shift manager would never be allowed to set foot in another Fazolis as an employee again. So you can imagine myshock when I was in the drive thru for Fazolis & noticed this same man in uniform & because I couldn't believe my eyes, I asked.Sure enough, this manager is back, not just working for Fazolis but at the exact same location, with young girls. So I ask youPaulo, what happened to the disgust that you expressed to the utter abuse of power your shift manager used when he made sexualsuggestions & invited his young female employee to run away with him? The three stars is for the wings, because Fazolis has amazing wings! Their service, however, is horrible and the employees need... retraining. My family and I went through drive thru for a quick dinner. Kiddo wanted spaghetti. We ordered and were told therewould be a six minute wait for the wings. No big deal at all. We paid and parked. Over 20 minutes went by and we still didn'thave our food. There was only one car behind us in drive thru when we got parked. We ended up calling the store who admittedthey forgot about us. They had gotten other wing orders and gave our order out on accident. We were told a new order, plus a fewextra, were coming out shortly. We waited another 10 minutes for someone to come to the car with our food. The irony of it allwas our order wasn't even correct. The service was overall terrible. Save the headache and go to the other Fazolis location. Waybetter service. We should have but opted to the location closer to home. It was not time saving. Read more
Oh Fazoli?s, you never disappoint and this Appleton location lived up to the reputation! Ordered a delicious dish of spaghetti... with meatballs, along with some amazing breadsticks. Really hit the spot after a long, trying and sleep-deprived few days, camein for a late night meal and left extremely satisfied. Can?t recommend enough if you?re in the area and in the mood for somefast Italian! Read more
$11.50 for a sampler meal and thr lasagna is about an inch big with a boat load of sauce to cover how small it is. For 11... follars at a fast food joint can you at least give a decent portion. Very disappointed for 11 bucks. Do better fazolis Read more
