Salad was okay but had a lot of bad/rotten lettuce in it. Was happy they had gluten free and dairy free options for pizza, they... show that the gf crust was extra, but it didn?t say the vegan cheese costed extra and we?re not informed when ordering, so wassurprised about the amount of the bill. The pizza here is good, but they are always running late by at least 10 minutes. They do have signs that say they have a staff... shortage, so I never make a fuss or anything, and the food is worth the way. Sometimes the staff that is working is avoidantthough, probably because they know your order is behind lol. Read more
The pizza is unquestionably good. This location has been troubled for years now. I was really excited to hear they recently got... new owners. Finally I thought things will get better. The pizza is still great the business operations at this location stillseem a miss. One example on a Sunday at lunch they had a closed dinning room. Why have an open sign in your window if your dineis closed until 4. These are minor inconvenience for me but lost revenue opportunities for the business. I'll probably tryagain, but it's just a shame. Lucky for Appleton we have other nearby options for great pizza and reliable business hours. Read more
Glass Nickel Pizza Co. Online advertises Senior discounts up to 50% off. The Appleton restaurant told us that the manager said... no. They do not offer a Senior discount. It would be courteous and helpful if there was a sign posted or a note on the menuexplaining this so that Seniors knew of this before ordering. Read more
This was one of the worst pizza's I have ever had. The pizza and cheese bread both were cold when we recieved them, and the... pizza order was for thin crustwas not on a traditional crust the entire pizza was oil soaked. I do not know what happened withthis order but I will not be ordering again. This was a good pizza place at one time but something has changed and it was not agood change. My order done on 09/26/2022 was my last a $33 order was tossed with less then a 1/4 of it eaten. I have been ordering take out pizzas from this location the last 2-3 years. This pizza is definitely one of our favorites in... Appleton. I always show up at the time the online order process says the order will be ready for pick up. I never really hadthis problem in the past, but the last 3 times it has been at least 10 minutes past the time it says to be there. Yesterday Igot my order 15 minutes past the time it said to be there. I would certainly rather walk in pick up my order and leave rightaway instead of awkwardly standing around for 15 minutes impatiently waiting for my order that is late. I really hope thislocation is able to fix this recent problem, I don't want to have to switch to a different pizza place. Read more
First time I've ordered from Glass Nickel, and will be the last. Had to wait like 5 minutes, for a pickup while people who came... in after me were seated! Ordered extra pepperoni and looks more like extra light pepperoni. Read more
Very good pizza! My fav is The Ranch but all of their pizza is good and can?t go wrong.
