Excellent place to eat "Mongolian Style". Stopped for a late lunch. Prices are cheaper for the standard "unlimited-trip" meal... before 4pm. Posted signs noted short staffing, but no issues while we were there. As noted in other reviews, you do walk throughthe food line to get to the restroom. It was not very busy at 3pm on a Thursday so there was no issue for our visit. Willdefinitely be back. Read more
Had a great experience on this visit. The self-serve food counters were clean and well stocked with all the ingredients. After... making our noodle bowls we headed over to the grill, which was being cleaned in between rounds of cooking. We only waited a fewminutes for the food to be cooked fresh in front of us. For 2 adults and 2 kids(they ate free) it was $38.00 for the buffets and 1 glass wine, so a little more than the usual buffet... costs in our area, but really great selection. As a vegetarian I found plenty to eat, had good selection for the kids as welland my wife got her seafood so she was happy. The line to get food moved quickly, chefs hostess, and server were all reallygreat and friendly. They did a great job keeping the food area clean for the most part and had gloves and sanitizer available bythe buffet for guests. I'm a truck driver and travel all over the country. I love fresh, build-your-own, AUCE stirfry. I've been to 4 different HuHot... locations. 1 in Billings MT, 1 in Souix City IA, 1 outside Detroit MI and now this one. Based on memory, this is the only 1 outof the 4 that gives you an option to add rice to your stir-fry prior to it getting cooked. I prefer rice fried rather thansteamed, so this made my day. Everything was delicious and Brooke B, my server, was outstanding. Not only pretty (hehe) but alsovery friendly and courteous. She was attentive and came across like she was happy to be there. This is BY FAR my favorite restaurant ever. They have such a variety of what you can get, and the food is awesome. I go here... every week, and enjoy it every time. I have never gone to HuHot and not enjoyed my meal. You can go vegan, you can have seafood,you can have a little bit of everything! The service is nice and efficient, and they never disappoint. Their recipe cards aresuper helpful if you aren't sure what you want, or want to try something new! I could go on forever about this restaurant! Something was off. It was Sunday night they were busy but I think the grill was not hot enough. Food wasn't good. To use the... bathroom you had to walk through the food line excusing yourself for wanting to wash your hands. Overall experience was bad.Rather dought if we will ever go back. Read more
Service is excellent, it's a buffet where you pick your own meat and vegetables to be grilled in front of you. Cooks and wait... staff are very friendly. Seating is comfortable and atmosphere is good. The restaurant is decorated in an modern art withmongoliolian kind of theme painted on the walls. Food is priced fairly, and their is a bar, and you can be served alcohol eitherat the bar or at your table. Appetizers soup and salads are also available. Read more
Really good! Super friendly staff, a lot of options (almost too many), and really good food. You can definitely get a lot for... your money as well, since its unlimited bowls. We went right at open on a Saturday and were surprised at how many other peoplewere there right at open. Our server was awesome - really attentive and helpful. The green curry sauce is delicious ????
