Asked for 2 cones in a cup, no cone and this location tries to charge for "plain" sundae. No other location does this in 20... states I've visited...NO OTHER LOCATION tries to screw their customers like this. Went down the road less than a mileaway...they were happy to oblige. Read more
The manager was strung out, asked for fresh fries but got old fries dumped back in the frier again. I cannot begin to explain... how nasty this was, it tasted stale while being burnt tasting at the same time. I haven't had a good experience at McNasties inyears. I finally am starting to realize this company will never improve as they don't care if their employees have serious drugproblems. Its kind of sad, because McNasties used to be the golden flame but alas it is now just plain nasty. There's no pointin calling and complaining even if they give you coupons I have such a high level of fear of what they will do to my food itsjust not worth going here anymore. This McDonald's level of quality is inconsistent. Their pre-order is good, but outside pickup is really tight and only two... stalls. They may benefit from making more, wider stalls for outdoor pickup. I side pickup is good, but the inside of the storeis a little messy with a wet floor tent in front of the drink station. They are busy, implying the food is good. The dayshift employees seem cheerful and industrious. I don't mind mobile ordering, but find it ugly that McDonald's as a corporationset up mobile kiosks to replace people. Read more
McDonald's on Calumet Street in Appleton, your morning manager spoke so bad to her employees I'm not surprised you're always... short staffed. All the other employees have been so helpful and kind. NOT her. Get a new job if you hate yours so much. And yesit is McDonald's. But nobody deserves to be spoken to in that way. Read more
A great McDonald's for a more mature clientele. Plenty of comfortable seating with access to power outlets for laptops. It has a... long table that would be great to host an RPG night at. Read more
Stopped for a shake and kids meal after a day of traveling. Ice cream machine was shut off for the night, which fine okay. The... employees were just horsing around and not paying much attention to customers. They ended up forgetting the apple slices in thekids meal. We went back around and waited at the window. The girl saw us but pretended like she didn't and kept cleaning. Weliterally had to honk twice and sit there for a few minutes to get someone to come to the window to help. Read more
One a many standard McDonald's locations in the area. Staff is super friendly and cashier was attentive. Overall the place was... clean and orderly. The Bad: This location is a little outdated and needs to be remodeled. Also doesn't have the self serveoption for ordering. This is hard to believe since it appears to have good traffic. Many reviews mention the food and orderaccuracy. Please remember when reviewing a chain location, its not necessary to inject opinion about the food they ALL carry.Furthermore order inaccuracies happen occasionally at all locations. This is usually resolved by ordering menu items "as theycome" and not custom. No need to think your superior due to your hatred of something specific. All in all a good experience. Read more
