Im usually a fan of this place, but for some reason what I ordered i ended up with random pieces of other pastas in my pasta and... random veggies that weren't supposed to be in my dish, im guessing just a mix up or being all cooked in same area?? Ill probablygo again someday but not my absolute fave chain. Read more

Food is always great. But good quality food doesn?t take away the disgust from rude and disrespectful employees. The fact that... the crew is incredibly disrespectful and rude to the people that are paying for them to stand on their phones is ridiculous. Oneof the male managers, if that is what you want to call him, yelled at a person in our Entourage for walking outside and taking ahit of his vape and walking back inside the building. This individual then proceeded to get yelled at by this manager who toldhim it was disrespectful to smoke a vape inside the store, which he didn?t even do at all. This managers approach wasunprofessional and completely uncalled for because there was no vaping done inside the building. This manager continued to pushour member of our family four more times after he stated he didn?t vape inside the building. Will not be returning. Read more
As my fianceé and I entered, we had both realized we had forgotten our wallets at home. We decided to take a different route,... and set up alternative payment methods on our phones. It took some time, and the staff was incredibly patient (we moved out ofthe way for other customers). I apologized for the inconvenience, and thanked them for their patience. A snarky comment was madeby someone near me, saying, "why did he feel the need to apologzie to employees doing their job?" I am unsure what instigatedthis sort of unnecessary commentary, but I want them to know, their understanding was very much appreciated. As someone whoworked in the food service industry for 11+ years (I had managed a few restaurants during that time), I can say forcertain: Patience is key to providing good customer service. I wanted to personally ask a manager if I could pass on that ourserver went above & beyond, in a most simple way; even though, that is rather missed these days in businesses and theiremployees. It was far too busy to do so in an efficient manner, as I did not want to distract the employees from their serviceto others. I do not remember his name, but if I see him next time I dine there, I'll be sure to say my thanks directly tohim. The food was also spectacular. Thank you for the experience. I ordered chicken Alfredo from the east calumet location. They gave me a bowl full of oil?.my noodles were swimming! They... proceeded to tell me that they were too busy to help me. So I called this location and explained my situation and an amazingstaff had helped me out with my order even tho I never ordered from their store. They gave me a fresh bowl of noodles and acouple of Rice Krispies. They all, everyone in the kitchen, wished me a good rest of my day and if that?s not good customerservice than I can?t tell you what is. Thank you to the staff working hard this morning! This place has great food and at a great price. The restaurant seems clean and the staff are friendly. I ordered the buffalo... chicken mac n cheese and i loved it! Definitely recommend. The only reason i am giving this four stars instead of five. Isbecause the girl they had taking my order at the cash register had such a bad lisp and speach impediment that I could hardlyunderstand a word she said. Then when I struggled to understand her, she got visibly upset at me. Other than that, the servicewas great. Read more
I love this restaurant, I get the same plain macaroni and cheese every time but it?s so good! It is my favorite restaurant close... to me because of the food. The staff I have never had to much trouble with. There is a lot of cross contamination I have gottenhair and other noodles in my food before, but I just would take it out. I always go here on my way to the mall. Read more
