I get it... They are busy but when an employee is visible using their personal phone that is inexcusable. Long lines. Long... waits. Lots of items not available. After getting my food I watched people walk out while I was eating. I counted 6 peoplebehind the counter. The two cooks where sweating/working hard. Super greens were VERY salty and water logged. I love Panda Express and their food but what I really hate is that when you come past 6pm you can?t get any sides! I went in... tonight at 6:30pm and they close at 9pm when I walked in I was greeted by a worked and was informed that they only have orangechicken and honey walnut shrimp even though they don?t close until 9pm I asked how long it would take to make more options andshe said they weren?t making anymore for the night. Very disappointing and since you don?t want to make anymore food past 6pmthen just close at 6pm. Read more

Wow just wow should?ve ordered at P.F. Chang?s. Ordered for pick up said it?d be ready in 11 minutes anyways drive to the store... and had to wait 30 minutes because they were to busy chit chatting instead of helping people then when they helped people theystill haven?t made my online pick up just focused on everything else. And when I told them I was waiting for my order theydidn?t seem to be in a rush anyways I refuse to come back. You guys could?ve offered me a free entree just saying you guys lackcustomer service. Stopped on Wednesday evening to get a late dinner there were 4 or 5 ppl in line ahead of us. It took 20 minutes to get to where... they were taking our orders and another 25-30minutes to fill our order of 2 plates. By the time we got the food and to the tablemine was cold and had an off plastic /Styrofoam flavor and my wife finally changed her order because she was told after all thatwait it would be another 10 minutes or more to get what she wanted. Felt worse for the 2 guys who ordered before us and werestill waiting after we finished eating and left. Read more

I ordered a bigger plate and 2 sides and the dinner was great! I ordered a delivery but discovered that a driver couldn't do... the pick up and delivery for about 50 minutes...so an ethical and kind panda express employee delivered my meal. This act ofkindness does seem to be how well run this restaurant is. And the dinner was fab!! Thank you all. Read more

Parking lot was very congested along with people trying to get in and out of the drive-thru ,no ice for the drinks available.... Very good food but try to avoid at noon Read more

Man I wish the food was as bad as the service so I could convince myself to stop coming here but, no, every few weeks I try... again. I tell myself, ?no way they can mess up as bad as last time, right?? And every time they are like, ?hold my beer.? I amin no way a Karen, and it takes a lot for me to waste my time writing a review. This is all the things that went wrong with themost recent visit(many of which are recurring issues and have happened the last 2+ times). -ordered online, they never ?got myticket? so order isn?t ready -there?s an additional wait because they ran out of one of the items I ordered -they proceed to boxthe rest of my food (so it sits in to go containers for 10+minutes while we wait for the item they ran out of) -4 employeesboxing up food into to go containers and only 1 wearing gloves(I?m not a germaphobe by any means, but that is gross) -not asingle employee apologizes for the wait, manager walked over and did nothing to rectify the issue(I would?ve declined anyway. Idon?t want free food or any sort of refund) but the gesture could?ve won some points back -ended up leaving with my to go orderover a half hour later than what the initial email for my order said I get some of these might not be entirely preventable.First might be a technical issue. Second, they cannot predict to 100% accuracy how much of something might be ordered. But forall of these things to happen in one visit is nuts. And no apology or gloves is inexcusable. Basic hygiene and customer service.Hopefully this is enough to convince myself to go elsewhere. Read more
