Garbage. We walked in at 540 pm. They had customers In line so we were courteous and used the kiosk to order and help them... speed things up. Our family of 4 ordered and then they packaged our order up in a bag and called us at 550 and said sorry wemade it to go we close in 10 minutes. Tough to eat bread bowls of soup in a car. Employees we?re more worried about chitchatting about non work related items than helping the line of purple. Team leader was oblivious and kind of just started intospace. We went there for supper and it was unbelievable. We had to wait a very, very long time for our food and by the time I got my... soup it was cold. Then I asked for some spice on my sandwich and I could barely finish it they put so much on it. 2 people andit costed $20! Drive thru also was not open due to lack of staff. Honestly I wouldn't come to this location if there was a Georgia Bread Co or another Panera nearby. But if you want Panera and... don't want to drive to the other side of town, it's the only option. I only eat here because I get gift cards from family. Thislocation is a hot mess to say the least. I understand that staffing/supply issues happen, but I've had hair in my orders 3 times(Dark hair, not my own) and had my rapid pickup orders messed up twice. Recently, I had dark hair in my salad, and ingredientsmissing from my salad that I ate in-cafe most recently. (they didn't indicate that these ingredients were out of stock, and theydid indicate it for other ingredients/entrees so idk what happened here) When I did the rapid pickup or delivery, the app madeit easy to get a coupon/refund. I was satisfied with these solutions. But when I purchased in-cafe (through the app) it didn'tgive me that option. The last thing I want to do when they're horribly under-staffed is create a stink about something and takeup their time, so I just left. Will I be back? Probably. Are my expectations low? Definitely. My experience at this location was great! I ordered a pick up and when I went in I could see they were extremely busy. I knew... it was going to be a longer wait, but I was okay with that. Everyone was working extremely hard. Hats off to the manager thatwas there. She was very calm and had great communication to her team. The food that was coming out was plated beautifully. Expect a wait, if this location is even open. As of late staffing problems have caused this location to close early and/or not... offer curbside or rapid indoor pick up or even have an open drive thru. It was a 30+ minute wait to place an order inside due todrive thru being closed.(3/20/22). The food quality is going downhill. Chicken apple salad was barely there with 2 sandwichesworth of lettuce. What chicken salad was there was sopping wet leaving the bread mush. For the price this is not worth it. Read more
Craving a yummy squash soup?!? Panera is where it's at! 1/2 Chipotle Chicken sandwich and a Squash Soup is so yummy! A must try!... Staff was so friendly and there was actually a lot of them! So good for you Panera! They also have great drinks as well! Read more
Busy please, but the line moves fast. There are express kiosks to self order as well. Depending on the crew in the kitchen, the... food can come out on time and right or a little late. Food quality is good and tastes great, the place is clean and wellmaintained. Customer service needs a push. Overall would recommend dine in or takeout. Read more
Went through drive-through at 8:45 in the morning, had two cars behind me and kept calling out, asking if they were open, no... response, drove to the window knocked on it and had an employee informed me that they?re not open till 10 AM because of staffingshortages. Completely understandable, I asked him if that was posted anywhere and he said it was not, I asked him how anyone wasmeant to know that, when they aren?t talking back on the speaker and it?s not posted, he did not reply and shook his head.
