I used to be a huge fan of Panera, but the last few years they have really went downhill, never know when they will be open... inside or drive thru, at times you can?t order online, every time they are out of a few things, and when you get the meal theyskimp on the amount that goes in the sandwich, wish I would have taken a picture . This particular location is really subpar. They are often out of staple ingredients like avocado. The kitchen staff often seems... confused by incoming orders, which creates long wait times. The drive-thru is often closed. I was so excited to have Panera onthis side of town, but I've started driving back over to the other location instead just to avoid being frustrated at this one. I went In for a quick lunch pick-up. My order took over 45 minutes. I had a small order of 2 sandwiches and a salad. I will... problem not returning for lunch. In addition to a long wait in the restaurant, the drive-thru was closed. Read more
Kudos to Isaiah the manager. I let him know last week they were out of a tea I always get. It was there within a week and he... recognized me in the store today and told me ?I got your tea in for you.? Great customer awareness and personal interaction! Inthe past this store has not always had things in stock or ready at the coffee kiosk but Isaiah who is relatively new seems toreally be making a change! Read more
I'd never be mean to the workers cause they are doing great. Hopefully management sees all these reviews about wait times and... does something. With hour + wait times for a sandwich, this Panera is just not a viable lunch option. Won't be backunfortunately. This was the general vibe of the 40 or so people waiting. Read more
My family and I ate here for dinner tonight. Food was excellent! Atmosphere was inviting, staff were friendly, and it was... clean. Soups were amazing! Sandwiches were just as great! Will eat here more often! Bread was sooooooo fresh. Too full totry baked goods but I know they are there....hmmmmm ???? Read more
It was my first time coming here today, and I have nothing but good things to say. First impression: the restaurant is super... clean, bright and cheery. The gal behind the counter (Sheila) was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The Mac n cheese,chicken noodle soup and brioche roll were all delicious! My sister had the chicken sandwich, Mac n cheese with broccoli, and sheloved hers too. The gal who came and cleared our plates (Katie?) was super friendly, and a great reflection of what goodcustomer service is all about. I was a little nervous about coming here, to be honest, bc some of the reviews were prettynegative, but I/we will definitely be repeat customers. Kudos to your restaurant and staff.
