The pizza wasn?t even warm. Parts of it were a little over cooker on the crust, yet the pizza itself was cold. I arrived to pick... it up immediately and it should?ve been kept in a heated area where they normally store the pizza boxes for pickup, so thisbaffles me. The first couple times I?ve purchased from there were fine, no complaints. But maybe the fact that I ordered on aSunday night had to do with the lack of effort in making this pizza and not keeping it warm. Terrible customer service. I had to double check that the address was accurate being he never repeated back once it was given.... And when it was repeated back, it was not the correct address. Then I get a text from the delivery driver stating he can?t findmy address even though I had made sure to give them an accurate one. We placed the order at 6:40pm and now 8:05pm and stillhaven?t received anything. Read more

I placed an order online during dinner time for a pick up order. I was given a window of 14-24 minutes and my order was ready... even sooner. They were very busy when I arrived but the cashier was friendly and handed me my order. Everything was hot andexactly how I ordered. Will order again! 2/20/22...Pizza arrived at 5:05pm it was heavy on 1 side though maybe sauce nope whole pizza stuck to 1 side of the box.
