I visited Perkins West tonight and what a great experience. The staff was friendly and prompt. I am sorry to say I've been to... Perkins in my home town and the service there made me not want to revisit again. This Appleton restaurant changed my mind onthe franchise. I will be returning. The service is always decent and the food is also great. However, my partner and I work later into the evenings and we can NEVER... reach anyone on the phone to place an order. We've tried using the site to place our orders but they are never exactly as wewish them to be. It's just an inconvenience, and it shouldn't be that difficult to reach the restaurant via phone. We were really disappointed since the last time we were in the area in February we really enjoyed the food but this past visit... the food was mediocre and the service was slow. I don?t blame the staff as it seemed like they were pleasant and trying theirbest but very understaffed which isn?t their fault. They are advertising a need for cooks so I?m guessing this was a staffingissue. Because we visit and aren?t local I?m hesitant now to try it again and am a bit bummed by that. Read more
Nice service. Food wasn?t bad either.
Casey was great both times she took care of us. We were staying at a hotel just down the road so we ate breakfast on 3 different... days. All three meals were great. The waitress we had on the 3rd day was ok. I always recommend Perkins over any other placefor breakfast. Read more
We went to Perkins for lunch it wasn't overly busy. My food came out cold and the waitress never came back to see we were doing... or ask us if we wanted refills on are drinks. The food sucked and the service sucked. If the waitresses would stop horsingaround and do there job it would be great!!!!!! I won't be back at all left a bad taste in my mouth!!! Read more
Great service and the food was delicious! A great place to have breakfast with coworkers after a long night of work.
Was shocked to learn that our bill had a supply chain tax added to it. Food was OK. Size of meal decreased. Staff wasn't that... friendly. Restaurant only had three other couples in it.
