Answered right away. The gentlemen who answered the phone was rude and short. Maybe he was having a bad day, not sure. I hope... its not common. The pizza was real good as usual but they did not give the door dash driver my 2 liter bottle of Pepsi. Therewas no way to get it because the door dash person couldn't go back for it. Pizza Hut did give me a credit for the next purchasewhich was nice and the young lady who discussed my issue on the phone was pleasant/helpful. Our delivery was wrong and missing items, but I totally get that. No problem. I figured they were just busy. I called to ask... them what my options were. The manager was incredibly short. He said he could either credit my Pizza Hut profile or make me anew order, but if they made a new order it would take over an hour. I didn?t want a credit to my profile, and we couldn?t eatwhat was delivered, so I just asked him to please make a new one and we?d wait. He said ?fine. Anything else?? I said ?no thankyou!? And he said ?yeah whatever.? And hung up on me. I?m not a fan of leaving unfavorable reviews in my own city but there?s noway to call and voice my concerns to a manager. He WAS the manager! He might have just been having a bad day, but I don?t feellike we deserved that. The pizza was eventually delivered 90 mins later but it was cold. I have a feeling the employees aren?tbeing treated well or being paid well there. Just sayin. Read more
WARNING **READ THIS** DO NOT CALL TO ORDER FOR DELIVERY. I learned the hard way - I called to order and since nobody answered at... the store I got directed to their call center a lady over the phone placed the order for delivery which I wanted and told me itwould be a hour. A few moments later I got a text saying someone from door dash was delivering it. I clicked the link and thegirl at the call center had put in the completely wrong address for the order so the door dash person was unable to deliver myorder when it was done (after waiting the hour for food) I then had to call the store replace a new order waiting even longerand drive over there myself. NOT Pizza Huts fault just know this can happen when calling for delivery. I recommend only placinga order for delivery through their website or picking up only. Read more
Ordered extra sauce and hardly any sauce. Dried up and totally junk. Couldn't eat it. Went to park with kids and they didn't... even eat it. Made do with the bread we ordered. Going to be another long time before ordering from them. Read more
I thought this pizza was a joke when I opened it up. "Thin crust" apparently means razor thin at this location. Ive never seen a... pizza so flat and charred, and never seen a Pizza Hut thin crust cooked this way. The taste was dreadful, and the meats had atexture comparable to that of a boot sole someone had pulled up from an 1800's shipwreck to grill. I would highly recommend theDomino's a few hundred feet down the road. Read more
Worst experience ever! They messed up 3x on my simple "deep dish" order. They made it as a regular pizza. They said "oh that is... a deep dish" no a deep dish is rectangle style. I get there to get the pizza. The sauce was put on top as they forgot I'm sure.The "manager" lady was wearing aviator sunglasses complaining about working "all day" and looked strung out on something. Canclearly see cigarettes on the table and peroxide by pizza boxes! Very disgusting place and beyond bad management and poorethics!! Read more
Ordered a pizza, it was made with the wrong toppings so I requested it be re-made, the pizza I got looks very tossed together,... especially when it is a remake to a mistake. Quality has been low lately. Read more
