We pulled up to the drive through and they told us they were out of spicy chicken and filets, so that left us with few choices.... We ordered and they proceeded to yell at us through the back door while we were waiting in the drive through. After a long waittime (it was just us in the drive through) we finally got our food. Did not exchange a word with the employee (she grabbed mycard and gave it back, but very bad customer service experience). Our food was good, but not as good as I've experience at otherlocations. My son and I placed our order through the drive through this afternoon. We were up sold a desert. I agreed to it, and asked for... 2 forks because we are going to share it. At the window, they gave us the food so quickly, that I didn?t take the time to lookat it. We just drove off to the other side of the parking lot to eat. It was then my son told me that we were given 4desserts!!! I thought $34.01 was a bit high for 2 meals and 1 dessert. Joke was on me! I paid $2.99 per dessert. Ugh. Ifinished eating my chicken, thinking nothing of the fact that I wasn?t given a receipt. Once done with my chicken, I packed upand went back through the drive through because their phone number listed online didn?t work. I told the lady at the drivethrough what had happened? plus they had given me a ?regular? coke instead of Diet Coke. She asked me to drive around to thewindow. I did. That is where they said they could give me a refund with the receipt. I told them I never was handed one. Shesaid she could give me more food to fix the difference, but wouldn?t refund me. Which upset me. I ate already. I wanted a couponfor future or give me a refund. Nope. After I told her I was going to give her a bad review? then she offered to refund me.Hello? I went through the drive thru at around 5:30 pm 8/27/22 and ordered a 10 piece classic tenders. Got home and they gave me 10... pieces of chicken instead. Had to go back and get the correct item I had ordered. They need to pay attention better. They alsoneed more help cause the wait for food is ridiculous. Read more

Food was amazing but I have to say the service was the best part! I came inside for a pickup and to order some extra food and... was helped by Sasharae! She was the most heartwarming and welcoming person! She made my whole day by ensuring that I was helpedand that I had everything! She had the best smile and talked with a very sweet tone in her voice, she definitely cares for herjob and I think she deserves a raise or promotion for sure! Not sure this is the normal experience, but we waited at least 20 minutes to have someone take our order inside. This wasn't... waiting in a line of people. The staff was filling their online and drive-thru orders first. After ordering, the food came outreally quickly, though. However, we didn't really enjoy the food. The chicken strips were really greasy and cold and had verylittle chicken in them. They were mostly thick, hard breading. The tables in the restaurant were dirty, and the ketchup packetsand drink lids were covered in a sticky substance. They may have been busier than usual since so many other restaurants werealready closed. The staff was working hard. Kudos to them. Read more
