They just got a new GM. I'll give them another chance in a few weeks after he begins to turn it around. The server was... incompetent, slow, with zero customer service skills. The entire staff was lackluster and slow. She wouldn't honor an ongoingnational promotion, even after telling her it was the first thing listed on their own local restaurant website. She stated thatthey hadn't honored that promotion for over a month. Then she still screwed up our order. The GM the next day confirmed thepromotion was available and Red Robin has no plans to end it. We really enjoyed eating at this Red Robin. We were traveling through this area and my wife saw there was a Red Robin near by so... we stopped. We haven?t eaten at a RR in quite some time about four years. Everyone was very nice and polite. Everything wasclean including the bathroom. We ordered our food and we were eating in about five minutes. It was extremely fast service. Weall tried different burger plates. They were great. We would stop here again. Read more

We went during off hours and although there was room enough to spread customers out a little we were all bunched up in one... corner of a small room and we seated right in the doorway so everyone entering both the building and the room had to pass by ourtable. It made the experience less pleasant. The food was good. The service was good. I got the impression the staff was fairlynew but it didn't affect the overall service. Read more

The waitress we had last week Friday at 11 am was excellent. She worked so hard, had a lot of tables to take care of yet and was... attentive to every detail making sure we were satisfied with the food, portions and service. If I could give her a 10 I would.Also, the other staff pitched in making sure food was delivered, etc. What a great experience we had! Will definitely come back. Read more

My sweet potato fries were half hot half cold . So they remade them but they tasted burnt. Talked to manager she was not help... for she did nothing. Waitress was very rude and disrespectful to my mom. Waitress made me cry when I got to the car. This shouldof never happened. My mother left her phone on the table.my dad and sister went in to go get it . My sister called my mothersphone ,they heard it ring in the waitress's apron and then the waitress lied saying she gave it to the manager but it wasclearly in her apron. The waitress stole my mom's phone. We did get it back but we had to say we were going to call the policeif we didn't get the phone back. If I could I would give this place - 5 stars. I love their French fries! Great food, great service

Staff was friendly, food tasted good, however the layout of the entree on the plate looks a little dysfunctional. I suppose... anybody can have a bad day but having the egg in the middle of the burger and enough fries to surround the burger would havemade the entree more visibly appealing. Overall I will continue to go there I've been there several times and never reallydisappointed. If you're looking for a sweet treat their desserts are something to be checked out! Read more
