Second time in a row coming here we've seemingling been forgot. We were told 12 to 15 minutes on two slices of pizza. At 20 they... came out and asked what we ordered again. I don't know what to tell you. My wife craves the pizza or I'd have given up. Lasttime we just asked for our money back and went elsewhere. I hope they fix this. Read more
Pizza was ordered online at 6 pm we were told it would be ready at 6:47. At 6:37 we called to make sure it would still be ready,... they said it would be ready in 20-30 min. This pushed the ready time past 7 when they closed, but we assumed since they quotedit to us that was fine. At 6:50 we drove up to the drive through to check in before 7 pm. They said they were only acceptingonline orders. I said we had an online order and gave them the name. They said hold on, came back and said their system wasbroken and they didn't have our order. I let them know we had called earlier and we're told it would be ready in 20-30 min. Shevery rudely said that the oven was off for the night and I could call corporate for a refund and "she doesn't know what else totell me" I understand machines break and malfunction and we can't do anything about that, we were patient abiut the situationand understanding. I just feel the response we got was rude, and they could have let us know when we first called at 6:30. Thewhole situation just really rubbed us the wrong way. Read more
Pizza tasted good but it wasn't what we ordered. Called in and ordered a pizza for carryout. We ordered a medium sausage and... mushroom pizza then went to pick it up 20 minutes later. Got it back home and found out it was a sausage and pepperoni pizza. Icalled immediately because it was 5 minutes to closing time. A guy answered and I told him that we didn't get what we ordered.He checked the ticket and said that it said sausage and pepperoni. I told him again, "that isn't what we ordered", and was thentold to hold. He never came back on the phone. I waited until 7:04 pm then hung up. I tried to call back and they didn't answerbecause they were now closed. Due to dietary restrictions, we had to pull apart the pizza to pull off the pepperonis. When Icalled I didn't expect a new pizza or anything due the fact that they were about to close, however, being put on hold until thecustomer hangs up is not acceptable customer service. Its been 20 years since I've been to rocky rococos and the pizza was awesome. The sausage was super tasty and the sauce is... flavorful. Perfectly cooked as well. Definitely going back. Read more

Rocky Rococo was an important part of my youth because it was so quick, easy, and affordable to grab a slice. Since their pizza... is something that I will always crave, I was glad to find this location so close to The Valley Grand Cinema. If you haven'ttried their deep dish pizza yet, someone should revoke your Wisconsin card. It's ooey, gooey, and often covered with golf ballsized chunks of delectable Italian sausage and the best Wisco cheese, of course. When I have time, I get a whole pie (which isactually rectangular) with sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, and onions. It's a mind scrambler. Rocky's 'za not only melts inyour mouth, it also melts your inhibitions. Resistance is fuedal, so I'm going again tomorrow! This location was clean, veryroomy and the staff was friendly. Pizza amore! I haven't had Rocky Rococo in years because we lack any transportation to get to Appleton. Will you please put one in West... DePere near Festival Foods. We can get there.
