I LOVE this place! The pizza is the BEST! And I love how they give you lots of breadsticks and drinks! The service is usually... okay. They give you what they need, if not, there busy and forgot but they will give you what your looking for! Highly recommendstopping in for a good meal! Not the best place to get pizza from at the Fox River Mall. At it's best its slightly above mediocre and at its worst, it's 450+... calorie food poisoning in a paper box under a hot lamp. Even worse is that the staff doesn't even want to be there. As someonewho has worked in food service, I try to be respectful to these people as I can but it's frustrating! I ordered a combo meal with a salad. I got breadsticks. The counter person got a little huffy when I pointed this out. The salad... I received was a day old, the tomatoes were starting to rot and the cucumber chunks appeared to have been frozen at some point.The veggies on the salad really looked more like finger food for dipping. To start off, I am very disappointed in the lady that took my order. She is chubby and has a very mean voice of tone. She has... blonde hair and is very mean. As a customer I should feel welcomed and I didn?t. If you guys take a look in the photo I didn?teven get a straw for my drink. I love rocky Rocco. This location can be hit or miss. Lots of times there will be no one out front. We sometimes get breadsticks... that are undercooked or pizza that wasn't cut correctly (too small). For the most part it's great though. I like that the sodarefills are free unlike most of the other restaurants in the mall. Read more
