The older woman IGNORED us because her PHONE CONVERSATION was more important. We stood there while she was talking on speaker,... the two gentlemen kept looking at us. Had to repeat everything 4x because the lady supposedly couldn't hear....no one wasaround, we were literally the only customers, mall was dead at 3 PM! Food was not warm at all! This place has started to gone downhill. They never cook any of the chicken fresh in front of you anymore when you order like... they used to a long time ago when it was run by Asian people. Now they just cook a bunch of chicken ahead of time and have itsit to the side. Who knows how long the chicken has been sitting around for. Then, we they ask you if you want extra meat andyou reply yes and pay for it, they don?t even give you extra meat! It?s just a scam to charge you more. Cancel your dinner reservation and head to Sarku. One of the finest establishments in the valley. Delicious food, good portions,... and at a great price. The teriyaki chicken with noodles deserves a Michelin 5 star rating. Double down on meat and save some forleftovers. You?ll be full and satiated for hours. Even when the line is long they crush through it and get you your food quickand hot. Don?t believe me? Go try for yourself. Trying to find a better restaurant is a fools errand. Used to love this place but the quality has gotten atrocious. Smaller portions, higher prices... that goes for most places. But... now they seem to get orders wrong all the time too. Ordered two meals, and heard my companion who ordered say TWO but we onlygot one and while we didn't expect a free meal, we didn't even get an apology. The pair in front of us also had their order doneincorrectly. Both times staff were rude and unapologetic about their own mistakes. The food is good, sure, but not good enoughto endure all that. Not only are the vegetables and rice portion getting smaller, the meat is significantly smaller too. The double meat we got... today are equivalent to a single meat portion a year ago. All this while the price is getting higher. They even charge extrafor fried rice now where as before it's already included free as part of the meal. Due to the disappointment, we didn't even saythanks as we pick up our trays. This will be our last time supporting them. Read more
This is my go to place for food when I?m at the mall. The chicken teriyaki and fried rice is delicious, I always ask for extra... sauce! I do miss the punch cards though, they were a good way to reward long time customers. Read more
My husband and kids love the food here. I'm not a big fan of it myself. It will for sure fill you up. Usually two people eat one... order. Get a punch card so every 6th meal is free! Read more
Always delicious! Great price per food. And always a huge line... But the huge line speaks for itself!!! You always come back... for more of that chicken teriyaki with fried rice, oh and yes I will take the double meat please! And be careful if you order alarge drink. It may as well be a two liter.
