This location always seems swamped. And never in a good way? staff is doing their absolute best but there?s no way for them to... catch up, with the amount of people on shift. 15-20 minute waits on mobile orders, beyond their scheduled times. My cashier istaking all counter orders, making food, and manning back bar. It?s 10 am and they?re running out of cold brew; and by the time Igot my drink, it doesn?t taste right, but I don?t dare say something and overwhelm them more. My muffin didn?t even get offeredto get warmed, and I can?t even blame her or be upset. Your staff at this location is working their butts off, every time I comein here. They deserve help! Staffing shortages aren?t an excuse anymore; if you can afford to remodel the location, you canafford to raise your starting wage to get help in the door for your staff! Read more
Huge shout out to Max for his kindness and generosity. I was 2.5 hours from home, unfamiliar with the area, and my phone broke.... I didn't know how to get home without GPS. I ordered a drink at the counter, told him my situation, and he didn't hesitate tohelp me with directions. He even went out of his way to write down the route for me. He went above and beyond to help me. I gotmy order super fast and I was on my way in no time. Thank you so much Max for being a kind and lovely human. Very slow. People want there coffee fast. It's a drive thru. Starbucks has gone up in price and down on quality. Iced drinks... have way to much ice and not enough drink. Save yourself sum time and money and make it at home. Read more

I don't typically expect a chain stop like Starbucks to offer a personal touch to their service. High volume with a quick... turnover is the norm for most; I was lucky to have come to this Starbucks at the right time. This site has an extraordinaryemployee who provided that personal service in a friendly and professional manner. Christine was knowledgeable on the fooditems to aid me in my choice for a low calorie lunch. Despite having a long drive through lane, she did not make me feelrushed. Her recommendation on a coffee choice has given me a new favorite and a reason to come back to this site. Read more
