I ordered food and was sitting directly across from the display counter and one of the employees took a blower and blew all of... the dust from under the counter directly into the space where I was sitting, creating a huge cloud of dust! I said something tothe employees twice and each time they ignored me and said nothing. This was around 4:30 in the afternoon when it happened. Thenthey proceeded to continue to walk through and track the settled dust throughout the store for over an hour. This has to be apublic health concern, my lungs hurt from inhaling the dust! We ordered online, but when we got there we decided to add a puppachino to our order. The barista had no problems with that and... was so nice. My pup thanks her and Starbucks very much for making her day in the car completely awesome. Read more
Went through the drive thru with my dogs and when we got to the window to pay I asked for a pupcup for them. The lady at the... window glared at me and said no and than handed me my drink and closed the window. We will not be going to this one again. Zerocare for there four legged customers. Read more
Waited half an hour in the drive thru just to end up receiving extremely watered down hot chocolate and a caramel mocha frappa... that tasted like straight up espresso shots(don't think there's caramel in it at all and this is definitely not a mocha frappe).Worse experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. I love Starbucks? but today I?d rather driver to the next town for it. Lobby is closed and I placed a mobile pick up order?... frappe was melted and my sandwiches were cold. At least keep your lobby open for mobile pick up orders so we?re not waiting 20minutes in drive thru. Oh and your phones don?t work so I had to call Starbucks customer support?. Thankfully the lady I spoketo was very helpful. But for real y?all held my sandwich bag where the sandwich was and knew it was cold and y?all could clearlysee my drink was melted. Horrible service. Had my husband pick up a mobile order for me. They disnt wvwn put whipcream or any of the toppings I ordered... on my drink or my daughters drink. Didnt even bother with helping my husband at all and our cookies werent there. Last time Iorder from starbucks. Dunkin is better. we ordered hot chocolates they are very bitter cant even drink it. Spoke to John whodidnt even offer a real way to fix it just well make it up to you next time. Thanks for stealing my money. Read more
I only go here bc my daughter sends me there for her. But I've noticed that I always wait a long time in line and wait a long... time for them to make her drinks. My only real complaint is the wait time. Read more
