Terrible service. I'd give a zero if I could. We went to dine in. No one wanted to take my order. Finally a not too thrilled... woman came out to take our order. She didn't even wait for my payment to complete before she walked away. We waited verypatiently for our order and watched multiple Grub Hub and Door Dash orders get filled and picked up. It had been about 20-25minutes but I assumed they were short handed and was the reason for the delay. Then another couple comes in and order on thekiosk and are served their food within 5 minutes. At this point I go find out where our order is and they have no idea. Finallythe woman that took our order walks out from somewhere eating an ice cream Dilly Bar. She asks me whats the problem is and whenI tell her she says "oh" without a care in the world. I then just ask for a refund and she seemed more than happy to get rid ofme. As she attempts to hand me my money while still eating her Dilly Bar, she holds onto the money so I grab it out of her hand. As I walk away she yelled at me saying I was "Rude". This was the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I will not beback here ever! This occurred on Sunday 10/30/22 at 2:00pm at the Richmond Ave, Appleton location. Read more

Unfortunately, this location can not be considered fast food. On average I have experienced drive through wait times of 25-45... minutes. This is expected with 5-7 cars back from the food window. If the extended wait times are not a deterrent the lack ofconsistency and quality should be considered. It is an absolute must to check your food before driving away as the order willlikely be missing, extra or wrong items in your bag. Hopefully, this is a product of staffing and will improve with time. Untilthen, I would recommend alternate locations. Read more

The girl working the drive thru speaker at 845 pm on 10/15/22 should not work in fast food. RUDE , worst customer service ever !... If I could give negative 5 stars it would be that! Will never go to that taco bell ever again. Learn some manners Read more

First off, this Taco Bell location has been well known locally to be bad for years, with slow service, a high chance of wrong... orders, and a (anecdotal in my experience) roughly 75% of being canceled if ordering through a service like Uber Eats . Recentlythey remodeled this location and I thought I would give it another chance today. I can say that the store is now clean, and theinterior actually looks pretty nice, already things are looking up right? As I stand by the counter looking at the menu tryingto figure out what I would like to order a person there goes "Hello, you should use the kiosk behind you when you want to order"my response "No problem, thanks". I proceed to use the kiosk, only to find that some of what I was going to order was not in themenu (but on the board behind the counter). I then spend the next 8 minutes trying to flag any employee down, including theperson working the drive through window who had asked me to use the kiosk, even calling out "excuse me", meanwhile not a singleorder has gone out the window, and I can hear and see the employees laughing, joking, playing catch with garbage (using plasticcup lids like Frisbees) and doing everything but work. Finally the person at the drive through window looked over at me, visiblyrolled her eyes, walked over and this was how the interaction went: Her "Yes?" Me: "A couple of things I wanted to order are noton the kiosk system" her: "ok" me: "Could I order those?" her "did you order your other stuff?" me: "no, why would I order apartial order?" her: "Well if you do your main order there and you want that other stuff I guess I could do that part here" me:"Why wouldn't I do it all here, like a normal order?" her: "What do you think a normal order is?" me: "You know, doing it all atonce so it all comes at the same time, and is paid for once" her: "whatever. what do you want from me" me: "Attentive service, would be a good start" her: "I'm talking to you" me: "thanks, have a good evening, t Read more

I like Taco Bell, and probably will always. But this location needs to get their act together. I had worked until 12:30am and I... was tired, had a head ache, and just didn't want to make food when I got home. So I ordered ahead for a pick up. I pull up tothe drive thru, and I immediately get told they aren't taking orders for the next 15-20 minutes because their system is down. Iwas fine with that since I've worked at DQ and I know the systems can and will go down temporarily. So I said I'd wait. Theytold me to go into the parking lot and they'll take my order out to me in 15 minutes. I waited an hour before I finally decidedi was going to try the drive thru one last time when I caught two employees outside. I asked them if the system was back up andthat I had a pick up. They went back inside and I pulled up to the window. They handed me an order and we parted ways. I gothome and I got someone else's order. I wouldn't have minded the wait if I got the right order. I wouldnt have minded the wrongorder if there was no wait. But it was all just a mess and no communication at all. There are other Taco Bells in town, and evenif it's out of the way, it'll probably be a better experience there than here Read more

Don?t know what?s going on with this location but I just went there and waited 20 minutes after trying to do an in store pick up... order. It failed. First the door was locked and then there were cars stuck waiting in the drive thru line because no one knewwhat was going on. The money it charged is on hold and I ended up finding out that no one is even there and yet it looks openand is taking orders. I feel bad for the employees that work here and I assume it was a walk out. Taco Bell clearly needs to dobetter if this keeps happening Read more

I?d give this location 0 stars if i could! The last couple of times I?ve been here in the span of a week, I pull up to the drive... thru speaker and they tell me they aren?t taking any orders! Why?! No other customers are ahead of me in line, so that wasn?teven part of it. Even though I saw 4 employees standing outside smoking. It can?t be that hard for 4 or 5 employees to serve oneperson! I just wish they?d hire more competent workers?. Read more

0 stars if that was an option. I gave up on Taco Bell years ago due to poor quality food, service, and corporate getting rid of... every good item on the menu...but I have tried this location 3 times since then simply because it's the only option "open" after10pm. The posted hours don't mean a thing because the junkie working the counter will close whenever they feel like it. All 3times visiting this location in the span of a year and half I have yet to actually get food. Being short staffed is one thing, but having employees who are being paid to work there and cannot comprehend that simple task is another thing. I consideredmaking a complaint the last 2 times, but as a reasonable Midwestern I obliged to the excuses I was given on why I was notserved. Tonight on the other hand, I was told the "the machine is down, can't take any more orders" as 3 other vehicles has justplaced orders. Then as I drive away, 4 employees all stepped outside for a smoke break. I've gotten food from a McDonald's thathas 2 high schoolers working at a much later time in the night. The fact that 4 burnouts put together cannot put together aburrito is astonishing given the fact that a burrito is probably the only food they have ate in the past week. This location hasat least 4 "employees", in today's labor market? Half the restaurants who are not "fast food" would be grateful to have 4employees in total, not just working a shift together. Thinking about stopping at Taco Bell? Better off going home and havingsleep for dinner because you will have a much more pleasant evening and morning by doing so. Unforgivable. Read more
