The past few times we?ve gone here past 5pm,something has always been wrong with our order. It?s disappointing because we?ve... spent over $30 every visit. We order in at the kiosk. One time we waited over 20 mins, so I went up to the counter and themanager says they must?ve handed it out the window. Which is fine, I completely understand but the attitude was unnecessary.During our most recent visit we ordered two 7 layer burritos and an order of the 7 layer fries. They have us 3 orders of thefries and when the employee asked if something was wrong we said we ordered two burritos and one fry, and he told us no wedidn?t since apparently they rang in as fries. I work in customer service and I honestly believe that was not how to handle thesituation. He didn?t even double check the order to see, just told us we were wrong with an attitude. Love the food but last time we stopped through the drive-through we where told they where only doing orders inside. So we went... inside and proceeded to wait 40 mins without the line budging. We ended up leaving and not even getting our order. Read more
A few months ago I waited in the drive through 1hr. 50 minutes 2 crunch wraps 1nacho bell grande I asked for hot sauce not even... 1 sauce after a 1hr.&50 minutes. tonight 1 crunch wrap 2 nacho bell grande asked for extra hot sauce 4 dumb packets of hot saucer you kidding me. can you give a negative review? these people seem incapable of making an order correctly. been here twice in the past 30 days... and the first time the sauce was missing and it was lukewarm at best. this time the sauce was missing again along with theincorrect meat being in all 4 of the items ordered and incredibly soggy. worst "restaurant" in a 100 mile radius. Friendly service- but soooo slow! They got our order right though which is unusual for Taco Bell! They must not get paid well or... treated right Bc they are all understaffed. The girl at the window was super nice though so I?d recommend this one based solelyon her. Read more
I think I've been here twice and actually gotten food. All the other times I've sat and waited 15-20 minutes in a line of like... 10 cars, no one moved, so I left and haven't bothered since. All the Taco Bell's in the area are terrible. Go to Northland ifyou can or better yet, go to Neenah. Read more
I've been here dozens of times hoping that they could get my order correct. I have dietary restrictions of no dairy and no meat.... No matter how many chances I give them they always either give me cheese or meat when I specially ask them politely for neither.The last time I went I asked for a blackbean crunchwrap. No cheese. Add rice. They gave me cheese. I went back around. I gavethem my receipt they remade it. And they gave me BEEF with no cheese. That was the last time I went. Multiple times I have hadto go through twice. But when they finally messed up 2 times in a row when I was running late they finally lost my business. Itisn't that hard. I give a one star solely cause the food was good and order was correct. As for the customer service? Wow. Pulled up to the... window and no one even came up for a good 5 minutes. When someone finally did he hands out the food (without even asking forpayment) saying here you go. So I hand him my card asking if I could add a Baja blast. Not that difficult. Not like I asked formore food added. Simply a soda. He looks at me and bluntly says ?no sorry?. I was in shock. I thought he was just goofing butthen he takes the card. Swipes the payment then hands the card back and shuts the window. I?ve worked in customer service foryears and to say I?m astounded would be an understatement. Read more
