I had a mobile order and the order was completely wrong so I went inside and I asked if I could get my correct order and I asked... for a cup for water. I tried giving them the order that I got wrong and they said I could keep it. Whoever the tallest kid wasthere that was working insulted me by asking "Im sure you can eat all that food can't you?" I was shocked he said it and justwas silent after that and got my correct order and ran out. Yes, I am a plus size lady but it wasn't needed and I completelylost my appetite and threw my portion of the order away. I wasnt even rude I was quiet and just wanted the right order...I didcall to report it but I have no idea if anything was done but that was completely uncalled for and I was so embarrassed. We usually enjoy our visit when Krystal is working, but when shes gone, the employees are rude. Especially this one heavy set... employee who was absolutely rude. Very disappointed in the staff attitudes. I asked about a side sauce that shows it comes with the meal (I had to pay for it) and... let's me honestly if I'm paying $20 for 2 meals I better get more than pictured. Read more
