I had a mobile order and the order was completely wrong so I went inside and I asked if I could get my correct order and I asked... for a cup for water. I tried giving them the order that I got wrong and they said I could keep it. Whoever the tallest kid wasthere that was working insulted me by asking "Im sure you can eat all that food can't you?" I was shocked he said it and justwas silent after that and got my correct order and ran out. Yes, I am a plus size lady but it wasn't needed and I completelylost my appetite and threw my portion of the order away. I wasnt even rude I was quiet and just wanted the right order...I didcall to report it but I have no idea if anything was done but that was completely uncalled for and I was so embarrassed. We usually enjoy our visit when Krystal is working, but when shes gone, the employees are rude. Especially this one heavy set... employee who was absolutely rude. If you dont like to work around people find a different job or learn proper customer service.Ive never met anyone so rude especially to my daughter. Other than that the food was good Read more

One of the worst places to be, you pay money to get disrespected and name calling! The one old guy with ponytail is so... disrespectful and treated me with very bad attitude! This place is very refuse to serve people. I was almost there to order at noon and someone in front of me is different country ... include me from cashier. They closed as time we got there and then reopen again in 12 minutes later Make no sense Except beingrefuse to take order from some people. Then I saw more Other people line up after they reopen at 12:25pm. They closedimmediately on people. Im never will going to order from them. Someone behind me ask why you are closed. I stopped here with my husband for a quick lunch. We where kind of in a rush but we where the only ones there. We grabbed our... food and left and when we pulled it out, our burritos where ice cold.
