What a surprise!! I didn't know there was Texas Roadhouse restaurants in Wisconsin, I was visiting Appleton and while I was... driving around I saw the sign on the side of the road and couldn't believe my eyes so I turned around and went straight there,the first time I ate at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant was in Dallas TX and then in Houston, I really fall in love with thosejuicy, tender and tasty steaks so I'm really glad that found one that is close to were I live, I found out there are about fourrestaurants in Wisconsin, the closest to my town is about hour and some driving but I'm definitely going back. Great experience at Texas Roadhouse. Luci and the rest of the staff took good care of us today at dinner. Our party of four was... seated fast. Drinks and apps came fast. One issue with one dinner plate but we were taken care of and staff was on top ofrefills. The garlic and herb crusted chicken was simply amazing. Highly recommended. Read more

Food was decent- house salad is the best around so I always choose that as a side. I got grilled shrimp which comes over rice... and the rice smelled and tasted like acetone. Yuck! I’ve had this dish before and the rice was good last time. I didn’tcomplain since I didn’t want to eat it anyway but it was nasty. Waitress was kinda rude when my sister questioned why shecharged her for my niece’s strawberry lemonade the adult beverage price when my niece is 11 and got a kids meal. The waitresssimply said “ well she didn’t get a kids drink”. No duh she didn’t! You brought her an adult size drink! My sister waswilling to pay the 99cent charge for the kids drink Bc strawberry lemonade is a 99 cent up charge but the waitress wouldn’tlisten. I thought that was pretty rude and I know because I worked in customer service many years ago that you shouldn’targue, especially when my sister was obviously in the right But singe she wanted to be rude and not budge my sister just lefther a smaller tip. In the end it only hurt her tip. Other than that, the food and drinks we’re good and I will eat here againbut I will make sure anyone with small children knows to ask for a child size drink when they order drinks to avoid beingcharged way too much for a child’s drink Read more

I am very disappointed in my Chicken Critter Salad. I have been ordering this salad for years from other locations, and it is... always delicious and filling. This salad was missing onions and other stuff, there was maybe one chicken tender in it, and theyforgot my second ranch. I was super excited about the salad, but was let down. Read more
Really depends on the day. The food is usually very good or what you would expect from chain restaurants. The only down fall is... sometimes the servers are not the happiest or don't give you that wow feeling. If you go during the week usually the service isbetter since it's not as busy. Friday and Saturday when they are slammed it gets a little less rewarding as they just want youto turn and burn. Atmosphere is fun but you can definitely feel packed in when they are busy.
