Rating this restaurant a 1 star. The quality of food was terrible for the price. The fries were cold, soggy and lifeless. The... sliders were not put together as what they said in the description. The quality of meat in the burgers was terrible. The tablewas sticky and you couldn't slide in your booth because of how sticky it was. Restaurant was dirty. We visited the Appletonrestaurant. We had Jensen as a server. The server was very nice and respectful. Will never return to a TGI Friday's. Think twicebefore going here. Read more
This place has taken quite the turn for the worst. First got there and used the bathroom and my feet stuck to the floor with 3/4... toilets clogged at 2 in the afternoon. My fiancé said there were boogers on the walls next to the urinals. We got our food andfor $14 chicken “strips” we got 4 times fried bread nuggets. The whiskey burger sliders were meat flopped on a bun with noseasoning. We didn’t even get plates, we had to eat on napkins. Read more
Ordered mushroom sirloin and bread sticks. First time ever getting their food and it was gross. Steak was cooked wrong. It was... supposed to be med rare and it was well done, bread sticks were simply plain. Read more

Probably the worst dining experience I've had in my life. The food was a joke. I ordered a medium burger and what I got was... well done and the outsides just tasted like burnt char. The sauce on the burger was clumped up in a small area right in thecenter. So every bite was either caked in sauce or just burnt meat. The fries were a joke. Half of them were the crumbs thatwere probably at the bottom of the bag. Wife's pasta was pretty small especially for the $16 price tag on it and the breadsticktasted like it came out of a bag you find at your local grocery store. No seasonings or butter at all. We went in on a Saturday right before lunchtime and were seated immediately. Sarah was our server and was friendly and quick... with everything. I had the app so we got the salsa and chips free and Mom ordered the friend shrimp and Coke and I got the Cobbsalad with Coke. Both were great but I did ask for the manager. I wanted him to inform the cook that the shrimp was friedperfectly. Mom talked about that for the rest of the time we shopped. We both walked out at about $20 including the tip. Been coming to the chain for years on the west coast. Great food, good service. You will like the whiskey sauce they have. Great... burgers, salads, pastas, wings and more. Everything on the menu is very good! Read more
