We went in for 2 birthdays, got drinks, and ordered our food. We 1st ordered a sample Platter, everything was made in bad oil,... as the food was VERY crunchy, and extremely DARK. we then ordered our food, both of the birthday boys ordered perch dinners.The perch came out so dark and hard, I said, we are going to need this remade not in bad oil, waitress says it is fresh we cookit as the orders come in, I said that's not what I am worried about, it is very very dark and crunchy. She brings it back to theback, and has to confirm with the manager that it is too dark, waitress then comes back and says we will remake it. They bringout more fish, it wasn't quite as bad as the first round, but still very dark, and you can taste the bad oil in the fish. My son, my grandson (early birthday celebration for him), and I all went to enjoy some delicious wings. We have been frequent... diners here. I went here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon with a friend of mine that I haven't seen in over 20 years. My friend & I sat at a... table so we could have some privacy while catching up with each other of years past! I just had a cheeseburger and tater tots!The service was fine & the food was good. The bar appears to be a chain in the Wisconsin area. We went to the Lynndale location in Appleton. It was a great place to watch... the UFC fight. Lots of food options on the menu! We got the appetizer platter and the nachos auténticos which was a greatdecision for variety. We had a group of 4 which gave us the option to get a taste of multiple foods at the bar! In addition, Ihad a pesto chicken sandwich. Good quality the Mac n cheese was just ok. Overall, good place to try out! Read more
I?ve been a customer for years- my family eats at the bar monthly- my husband and I ordered food to go a 2-3 times a month. We... accidentally did an order for pick up instead of delivery so our food had been sitting under a lamp for awhile- I called andasked for them to please remake it. As a long time customer I felt it was not that far fetched to request that. Both managerssaid no- and did nothing to help us. They were rude. I honestly was mind boggled that two managers who know us as customerswouldn?t do anything. I will not go back and have spread the word to my entire family who will continue to let everyone know notto support a business who doesn?t support its customers. Read more
