I\'ve been looking for an authentic Mexican restaurant FOREVER. Thought I\'d give Tulum a shot, and am I glad I did.\nSeriously... the best Mexican food around. Bean dip and chips are to die for. I think the whole experience has me a bit confused.. went in for lunch on a Saturday. Walked in and the staff was very confused... where to seat us. Took a while for a waiter, ordered beer that never came and once we got our food, no check ins on how it was. The food was decent, but overall, not going to be running back. Read more
The service was fine the chips are salsa were good. There were 3 of us at the table.\nIf you dine there make sure you know how... much your meal costs. All 3 of us payed separately and all of our bills were wrong. Two of us were off by $2 and the third by $1a total of $5 between us. When we pointed this out all of our bills were fixed.\nI will go back again but I will make sure Iknow how much my meal. Read more
Worst Mexican food ever !!! No bartender, people say at bar and employees didn\'t even acknowledge them. Hand written bill with... a calculator receipt stapled to our bill.i do not recommend this place to anyone.Taco bell has better food !! 5 bucks for abottle of Miller lite!!! Beans out of a can. Tried for lunch and was very pleased from start to finish. This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant.
We went on Saturday night at 4:45. We were greeted and seated immediately. The staff was friendly and prompt. The food came out... very quickly. We ordered a the cheese dip, burrito, fajitas, and a children\'s menu cheese quesadilla. The flavor of everythingwas just ok. My husband said the shrimp in his burrito was very flavorful but the chicken and steak were bland. Overall, due tothe prompt service and welcoming nature of the staff we would come back to try more of their menu, the menu is gigantic! Maybewe just ordered the wrong things and they did just open.
