Arrived at 7:20 am and Noone answered at the drive thru. The menu boards were still on the lunch/dinner menu. Website says... they open at 6:30 am. Tried to call and no answer. Finally at 7:25 a guy came out to flip the boards. They took my order butappeared that they could not be more bothered by my presence. Read more
Sat in drive through about 10 minutes before close because I got 2 orders for DoorDash at this location. Woman in there... proceeded to look at us twice and stall to a minute before close to come and tell us they were closed when we were sitting therefor almost 5. Read more
Garbage. Bought a pretzel bacon pub cheeseburger after my surgery. Was really excited to finally eat. Came with less than a... half strip of bacon... Maybe two and a half tsp of tiny bits of crispy onions.. Seriously?.. Read more
Had a mobile order in for breakfast. Arrived, person was inside but only appeared to be 1 employee, no one else. Never said... anything on the drive thru speaker. It?s just unfortunate that this location still can?t find and pay for reliable staff.Wendy?s breakfast is bomb, this location is not. Hope corp gets them some help. My husband and I went to the Wisconsin Ave location in appleton, wi yesterday. It was the worst experience ever! Everyone... working there has attitude problems and don't even want to be there. We went through the drive through and the gentleman takingour order was annoyed when he started talking. We needed a minute to choose what we wanted to order. He was pushy and rudewhenever he spoke through the intercom. When we got to the window to recieve our food, he basically threw the food at us throughthe window and did not say one word. There were no other customers on site either. I couldn't believe how rude and annoyed thisguy was. I couldn't get his name as he didn't have a name tag on. While we were waiting for our food, a gentleman walked out tohis vehicle with multiple food items and sat in his vehicle smoking. Not sure if it was his break or not. But he was not dressedprofessionally either. Basketball shorts and his work shirt. I have looked at the reviews for this location, and 99% of them areall negative. Something needs to change with this location! My husband and I love Wendy's, but this location is terrible. Myhusband's food was also cold and undercooked. My spicy chicken sandwich tasted like cardboard and was really tough. I don'tthink they follow the necessary procedures for freshness. Sorry for the long message, but something needs to be done. Ordered 2 frostys and some cookies. Had to wait 12 min. Extra, then received frostys that taste like they were made with spoiled... milk in a dirty machine. This place always gets orders wrong, serves food and drinks that should have been tossed a long timeago, and they have the rudest most stuck up staff. Thanks to this I am done with all Wendy's and will never return to this ever. Read more
I always went out of my way to Wendy's for their spicy chicken sandwich. It was the best...a breaded spicy chicken breast with... lettuce, tomato and mayo. The sandwich today was bland white processed chicken, a paper thin slice of tomato, no lettuce andvery little mayo. Awful.
