No one was in the dining room but my family when I went and I can see why. Pretty dirty and run down the floor so sticky I could... hear a crunch and feel my shoes peel off as I lifted my foot. By the looks of it ownership doesn't probably want to invest ineasy to use quality cleaning products. The employee who took my order was competent and friendly. He even gave me sodas frombehind the counter bc he said the soda machine in the lobby is not very good and pretty flat. So I appreciated that. It took abit to get our order but everything was hot and fresh and tasted great. One sandwich wasn't made as ordered and when I let theemployee know he quickly had a new one made and was apologetic. I feel like fast food is hit or miss depending on circumstancesthe day you go. Employees, traffic flow, lobby, cook. My attitude. Despite the lobby being not so clean I liked the laid backatmosphere and basketball playing on the TV. Also employees were respectful and not rude. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Read more

For 1:30pm on a Saturday, this location seems very short staffed. The drive thru wait was slightly longer than what I would... usually expect, they're running everything out of a single window, and the 2 employees I saw seemed worn out (as a previousretail/food service worker I don't blame them). The food was decent, warm but not hot. I didn't get a receipt or napkins. Sadlyit seems the trend in recent reviews is correct. Read more

Just saw an ad today the fries are always hot - WHAT A LIE. I was there on the 19th and the fries were cold as I moved away from... the drivethru so I tried to go inside but the door was locked the line was 7 cars deep. Sad you have to check before you pullaway from the window. I did love the fries before maybe I can find somewhere else that cares about service! Keep your frostycoupons. Very disappointed!!!!!! Customer service is 2nd worst only to taco bell(with an exception of one employee). Only thing they got going for them is they... open later than every other place. Don't get me wrong I love Wendy's food but my salad was 2% lettuce and 98% bacon and nuts. Ibeen a supervisor at fast food restaurants before... change the tone of your voice when you speak to customers make it soundlike your happy to be helping the them. I will NEVER RETURN! Check your food! I ordered fries with cheese and a sandwich the lettuce was old, and there was no tomato on... my sandwich. The worse of it all was there was HAIR several pieces of HAIR on the bottom of my fries! I would post a picture ofall the nasty hair, but I was so sick to my stomach and almost threw up!
