There was no help present in the business at 8pm on a Saturday night. Finally after 2 or 3 minutes, the help showed up and... offered to make our sandwiches. The bread was tough and the overall appearance of the business was dirty. There was standingwater on the floors. I won't be back. Read more
Food is always good. Kids love the cookies also.
Stopped in and ordered a 6" my bread is rock solid. Kept trying to call the number as I live 20 min out and am already home no... one will answer. I'd like a remake or a refund this is horrible I have to pick everything off my bread. Everyone else's breadwas fine. Read more
It was a little awkward, there was an employee friend, employee, or possibly just a patron that was sleeping in the next booth.... Had a drink from another restaurant. Luckily they did not start snoring. Likely the largest Subway I have ever been to, andthere is plenty of room to add more tables and chairs. The primary "Sandwich Artist" serving me was as green as fresh spinach,and did not know the sandwich I ordered without asking for assistance, which is fine. It just seems that it is something theywould 'test' you on before putting you on the front line. Read more
Ordered a curbside order because I only get 30 minutes for lunch. Checked in and sat in my car for 15 minutes waiting even... though the app said it was done. Finally went in and was told it was because they had a line. The app says the whole draw ofit to skip the line?! Now I'm late for work. Won't be back Read more
Young lady made us a great sub. We like Subway because everything is fresh and made into a sub sandwich just the way you order... it. But sometimes you find a staff person who just seems to make it special, just.for you, unlike the regular every daysandwich. The lady at Appomattox Subway did just that. Thank you. Read more
As someone said in a review earlier this week, you will be standing in line behind people who aren't there - it is the online... orders. I understand what they are trying to do but it isn't fair. As it is, there's no way to know how many sandwiches someoneahead of you will be ordering. Either those sandwiches need to be made separately by separate staff as the other reviewersuggested or they should have people take a number and just sit down until called. Who wants to stand in a line without any ideaof the number ahead of you? Or better yet, open another Subway location in Appomattox. I'm not coming back to this one. Read more
Definitely a good place to eat and take the family if your hungry. And the choice of different sauces are great.
