Service was very slow, the employees were busy talking to each other, rather than working. There was a pile of garbage laying... on the floor in the back, and the place looked unclean. We were lucky that there was no one ahead of us in line and it stilltook a long time to get our food. The woman at the register just dropped our order on the counter and walked away. There was aline behind us when we left, and 2 people leaving rather than waiting. I said "good luck" to the people waiting on line as weleft. We will not come back. Read more
Service was pretty slow and people wasn't pleasant. Didn't anyone handling food wear gloves, one guy look like he worked a dirty... construction job before he came to the kitchen area to cook. Food wasn't fresh by far. Bread was old or had been out in air forperiod of time and couldn't even find the burger. I could go on...... Read more
The cashier a younger man was first thing hanging on his register, expressed he was sick and wanted to go home he had to tell... his manager the whole story at the register. The manager went on to tell him if she sent him home he has to get doctors note.I'm just standing there 3 minutes while they have what should of been a private conversation. They are never,ever open on time! I have tried to go there to get breakfast on the way home from working nights. It's posted... that they are supposed to open at 630am but most of the time they either aren't even there at that time or if they are,theyaren't ready to open on time. I love the food, when I can get it but I'm giving a 1 star rating because they are never open ontime. Read more
I often stop at this Wendy's on my travels to Richmond and they are always very friendly and the service is typically quick,... although at this point in history, perhaps it would benefit us all to remember that restaurants are short-staffed and theemployees are working under stressful circumstances. The Summer Strawberry salad is very, very good and so are the other saladsat Wendy's (for those of us giving good health a hearty go of it). Full disclosure though, I did try the new Bourbon Baconburger and it's not bad at all. Read more
Been here several times, if you?re in a hurry you better pick somewhere else, today I sat in the drive, with only 1 car in front... of me for 15 minutes. Would have been quicker to go inside. The food today was subpar, I live 10 minutes from this place andwhen I got home my food was cold, chicken nuggets were over cooked (and cold on top of it). Made a mobile order, it showed up on the screen as in progress, I then watched as over 20 people proceeded to order amd get... their food while mine never progressed. It took 27 minutes for my order to be complete even after speaking to the cashier. Now Idon't even have time to eat it. If your store can't figure out app orders stop taking them. I also ordered as dine in, I got itas carryout with no napkins in the bag and had to ask them for my drink because they didn't provide it with the rest of myorder. Read more
