Upcharged to large sizes without asking. The guy said they always charge people for large beverages unless the customer... explicitly states they want a small beverage. When I asked about this he refused to consider remedying with an adjustment, andchanging the order. Disappointing. Read more

I would not recommend this place to people who are serious about their coffee. I would compare Hampton coffee Co. to Starbucks:... they don?t know the correct ratios for different coffee drinks, add sweeteners to everything, etc. Read more

I would of given a 5 star for the coffee but it's way to expensive! I paid $14.76 for a large coffee that said it was $5.50 on... the board. I got an extra shot. But it was a bit outrageous. Starbucks is just as good and doesn't charge $15 a cup ofcoffee. I've been wanting to try this - the drink was good but I won't return for those prices. Little let down. Read more
