This was poorest fast food experience I think I have ever had! The food was cold. I got a junior whooper and the piece of meat... was a tad bigger than a half a dollar! It might not have so bad but it cost $6.75! In my mind that is &7 ! I feel as though Iwas ripped off! Oh well! It is what is! I just had to do this ! I completely understand that you are understaffed, and I've done this job before. When I have to sit in the drive through for 30... minutes and my order is wrong. Like bad wrong then we have an issue. Being understaffed is no excuse to just genuinely ignorethe details of your job. Kitchen needs to read the ticket, read the order screen. Front needs to pay attention to if thewrappers are proppperly marked. And if they aren't just ask, "hey is this plane." Work on the communication. I'm giving a 3 starbecause the food is still good.
