Wrong pizza received. I am 12 miles South of Arab so not a quick trip. Manager on Duty could have cared less. Didn't even try to... help me. Called Cullman location told them what had happened and THEY gave me the CORRECT pizza for half price! I know who caresabout me as a customer. Read more
They were great! The workers are Awesome!! The only complaint I have is they need the light in the front of the building to work... so people know whether going for the first time. Other besides think that the employees can?t help ?. Everything was great!!!!!! Read more
Stop do not order from here! I called in to order 2 pizzas and cheesy bread, the girl who answered placed me on hold for 5min... and told me that corporate made a new rule that they could only deliver 5 miles out and I was 5.5 so too far out... so I orderedusing the domino's Hotspot and it send them 2 miles past my house. Also I was informed by another domino's that was not true.Now to the pizza gross gross looked like the had already been chewed. I called to complain and when I did I was offered $15 backon $36.37. Desperate I called Guntersville Domino's and they remade it at NO CHARGE! Read more
Ordered for delivery and 30 mins later received a phone call saying they would not deliver because I live to far away and when I... questioned that the house across the street gets delivery I was called a liar. (7 miles) Then i asked where i could met thedriver and was told they just cancled the order. I would expect better from a fellow Arabian. Papa Johns 6.2 miles deliver justfine. Have had some really good pizza until this last order. We ordered a philly cheese steak specialty pizza and I dont really know... what we got. No peppers at all and was very thin like card board. The manager has supposedly put a free pizza on my next orderto make it up. I know they can make great pizza and hope to update this review after my next order! Read more
I've always gotten reasonable service in a timely manner. Can't say I have any complaints and the drivers are all really sweet.
