They were out of most of their drinks and out of pickles. I had to pay for a drink with a combo, even though they were out of... the drink I wanted and I got water. I was also charged $1.00 more than the menu price. They do not have kids meals. Theircheapest meal was 8.59. That's expensive to feed a 4 year old! The chicken was dry. Ordered the Big Box Meal which is $10.89 with 3 pieces of chicken 2 sides a drink and biscuit. Arab AL location charged me for... a different item. When I complained the manager was a little rude and said I Ordered extra breaststroke. I said no I Ordered theBig Box with 3 pieces of chicken and 2 sides which were both mashed potatoes. This is your standard KFC. I like the food here, particularly the three-piece dark with biscuit meal. Three pieces is plenty for... a meal. I only gave it four stars because sometimes a couple of hours before closing they have sold most are all of the chickenthey had available for that day. This really give me pause. Ordered 3 extra crispy chicken breasts. Paid $9.00 and I should had checked my order prior to leaving because what I received... was 1 original receipe chicken breast (not all the way cooked) 2 original receipe thighs (not all the way cooked). I have beenliterally sick at my stomach from eating parts of this food. I wouldn't recommend this KFC if it was the only optionperiod. They never get it right and the mgmt staff is unprofessional from past experience. I took a chance and it is a lesson tonever return. Read more
