The shake machine had been broken for almost a month witch they said had been fixed so today @12:40 I tried to order a Lg.Choc.... Milkshake and the machine was in "Heat Mode" witch is what I was told. Well due to my experience as fast food Management for 41/2 year I know for a Fact that you schedule the cleaning of the machine at close or near closing and that In turn sets your"Heat Cycle".So long Story Short this needs to be addressed A.S.A.P. I have been sitting in line for almost 30 minutes. They are literally taking one order, filling it then taking the next. If I... didn't have very hungry kids I would leave immediately. There is ZERO excuse for being this slow. FINALLY got to the window.Took 3 minutes before anyone answered the bell. Gave them my order and the girl didn't take it down. Someone else had to doit. Got to the window and NO buckets for the kids meals. They could have had the courtesy to tell me at the speaker, but NO.
